My toddler has had trouble falling asleep since birth! She always woke up several times a night, and our bedtime routine was taking two hours every night. I tried everything from calming baby wash and a warm bath, music, white noise, low lighting.. nothing worked! After bringing home her baby brother from the hospital, this momma couldn’t deal with the bedtime drama! I found the Sleepy Patch in an ad on Facebook many times before, and decided to pull the trigger because I was out of options. After the first night, she has been down in under thirty minutes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I don’t know how I lived without these wonderful stickers! I cannot recommend these enough!

Does it work or is it coincidence? Since using patches my grandchild settles quickly, we have not had any temper tantrums which were almost a nightly occurrence, now into second pack

For those who need help with sleeping earlier it’s definitely helpful, only problem for us is my son doesn’t wear shirts to bed so we can’t use it for him.

Bought to try on my very active 3 yr old and a 6 and 7 yr old grandchildren on Christmas night when they have been so over stimulated by the whole day would be alot ro handle. They welcomed the sticker and played together like angels. That was the zen sticker. SOLD. My other daughter wanted some immediately so we got her a subscription. We have also tried the sleep one and my rolls around the bed granddaughter slept settled, if that makes sense to you. We have not tried all yet but based on these two results, your product has my money. Save yours, you don't need the big $guy. I have and will continue to recommend. Thank you.

The sleepy patch helps my kids to wind down and get ready for bed more easily. The blend of essential oils is calming and pleasant. When we have forgotten to use the patch, my youngest has found an increased experience of night waking. The patches seem to help her to sleep more deeply and not wake in the middle of the night. We love them!

All three patches have made a huge difference in our son. Especially the sleep patches and the Zen patches. He has a much better night sleep and falls asleep much more easily when he has the sleep patch on. His teacher noticed a difference when he wears the zen patch. He’s calmer and has an easier time staying calm

I was sceptical at first but thought I would give it a try and assumed it would take a few nights to see any results but that wasn’t the case! First night my twins both for the first time said they wanted to go upstairs. It was around 40mins after putting the sticker on! They fell asleep so easily, they still woke mid of night for bottle but I guess that’s habit but that has been one of the best sleep they have had. This is now part of our bedtime routine and just pleased I took the chance on this. Every child is different but feel really lucky it has worked well with my twins. Now on to ordering more as some nights they wanted more than one!

I already HAVE recommended this to friends, and given a few sheets of the stickers away for people to try. Our kid has been waking in the night for T W O. Y E A R S. This seems to be the difference maker. We’ve been using these all summer and it has been the most sleep we as parents have had in a long time.
