These have been making me sick.
I opened a new bottle and took it. 45 minutes later I had the worst stomach pain of my life and was on the toilet for an hour. Finally got to sleep. Then the next night I took it way later and the same thing happened. I thought it was dinner the first night but then the second night it happened again and it was 11 pm when I took it and then stomach pain 45 minutes later. 3rd night didn’t take it no pain. Then 4th night took it again and had stomach pain! It didn’t help me sleep at all that night either. Something is up with this batch.

Yucky tasting!
Not sure if the formula has been changed but these are horrible tasting. They can easily get stuck in your throat and the taste was never ever bad (have taken these for years). I like the tablets because I can take a half pill which I can’t do with a capsule. I won’t buy these again.

Sleep finally?!
I haven’t been able to sleep the past week, so I took a trip to Target to grab something to help me! I popped one of these last night and within about 30/40 mins I was sleeeepy. I woke up maybe once or twice throughout the night which is usual for me but actually got some good rest! Which felt so good after a week of basically no sleep. Way too strong
These need to be in a lower dose. I took one pill and felt super tired the next day even though I slept 8 hours. I tried cutting it in half and it still made me tired the next day. I’ll stick with melatonin.

It definitely works I was knocked out
I never took a sleep aid before so after reading the reviews I only took half a pill for the first dose. After 20 minutes I felt the effects and it hits you all at once. I slept for 9 hours and had to force myself to get out of bed. The only side effect I felt groggy for about an hour. After 12 hours I can still feel the effect a little. I would only take this for occasional sleepnessness because its way too powerful for me

Be sure you sleep long enough
I’ve never used a sleep aid before, but my medical provider recommended this. I read other reviews about feeling groggy and was nervous. For me what makes the difference is sleeping enough. The label says to be sure you have time for a full night’s sleep. I’ve learned I need to set aside 12 hours(!) if I take this. I often wake up after 10 but I need to go back to sleep until it’s close to 12 hours to avoid feeling the effects.

It will definetly make you sleep
These bad boys definitely work. One of them knocked me out for 18 hours. 22 hours later I’m still completely out of it and want to go back to sleep. They work, but at what cost. This is coming from an insomniac who can take 20mg of melatonin and 50mg of Benadryl and be wide awake. Maybe play it safe and try half a pill to start
