Helped me go to sleep sooner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this Unisom SleepGel while my husband was on nights. I would stay up until midnight and have to get up to bring the kids to school. I took it at 10pm after my nightly shower and got into bed and started a movie. Within about 15 minutes I felt relaxed and peaceful. I didn’t make it very far in the movie. I slept all night and didn’t feel groggy. I have used these a few times to help me go to sleep sooner and they have been extremely helpful.

It helps me stay asleep throughout the night. Sometimes I do feel a little groggy when I wake up but not all the time. They are gel so they are easy to swallow. They have no smell and aftertaste.

Reliable and effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unisom sleep gels have been a lifesaver on nights. I can’t shut my brain off. They kick in pretty fast, like 15 to 30 minutes… And I actually stay asleep instead of waking up all night, as long as I take it early enough and get a full night sleep I don’t wake up groggy. I don’t use it every night just when I really need it but it’s super reliable when I do definitely worth it.

Wake up!

These Unisom sleep gels, when taken at least 8 hours ahead of time, may only leave you groggy for a few minutes. I feel comfortable taking these if I am worried about how I will sleep that night.

For those that have trouble sleeping.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken this years ago when I was having trouble sleeping; it didn't help. When I was asked to review this, I thought that I'd give it another shot. Needless to say, that I couldn't fall asleep, and when I did (I set my tv timer for an hour (11pm)), I was awake 3 hours later. I don't know if the dosage isn't strong enough, or if it's just me. So in my opinion, I think that you would have to try ot for yourself.
