Really helps me fall asleep when I’m struggling to. I don’t believe it’s habit forming as I’m still able to fall asleep fine on nights when I don’t take it. I would recommend this for occasional sleeplessness.

Powerful sleep aid
I love taking this sleep aid because I know it’s going to put me right to sleep. Very powerful. Sometimes too powerful. Occasionally I wake up still drowsy and end up just sleeping in after taking one of these. Tonight I’m going to try taking it earlier so maybe it will help me get my sleep schedule back in order.

These have cute packaging and they do have a great value. The only side effect I would say is sleepyness and maybe some groggyness.
