Packaging is AWFUL
The product would be absolutely fine but the packaging for this is awful ! You can’t peel back the tablets from their foil and plastic compartments, and even using scissors to open them is tricky and tedious. If these came in a bottle , I would rate 5 stars - that’s how inconvenient the packaging is.

Great sleep aid
I take one of these every night. It helps me to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer without putting me into too deep of a sleep. I like to be able to wake in the night if necessary! Much cheaper than Zzzquil.

This is the least effective sleep aid I have ever used. Makes me fall asleep a bit sooner but wears off in about 2 hours and wakes me up right away.
