Acetaminophen Tension Headache Coated Caplets- 100ct - up&up™

This headache medicine works great. The combination of acetaminophen and caffeine really helps with migraines and typical headaches. It is my go to medicine whenever I feel a headache coming on. I have been using it for years and have recommended it to many other people struggling with headaches.

Great headache pill! But price went up from $2.49 to $3.98 last week!

I get migraines 2-3 times a month. Lately the ive been having to take 3-4 doses of other medicine to feel some relief. I tired this and one dose took away the pain within an hour and a half. And it’s cheaper than the other brands.

This is comparable and even better than it’s brand-name competitor. It works quickly—typically within 15 minutes of dosing—and lasts anywhere from 6-8 hours for me.

Other tension headache medicine brands contain asprin along with acetaminophen & caffeine, whereas this particular brand (up & up) doesn't. I suffer from cluster headaches & this is the only OTC medicine without asprin that works to alleviate some of the symptoms from a cluster attack. The fact that asprin is not included makes it safer for me to take since I can't take asprin regularly. It's better than the name brand and other store brand alternatives, which is probably why it is always out of stock at my local target.

My husband is allergic to NSAIDS and I bought this for him. I woke up with a headache one day and used it and I’ve switched. I recommend this to everyone because of how quickly it knocks your headache out. I keep them everywhere. It’s in the car, night stand, purse…

We have found this works so much better than the standard migraine meds. Fast acting and effective. Price point is great too.

I suffer from migraines to the point I mimic stroke symptoms. This is the only medication that works to treat them. After years of medical interventions to treat my migraines, I am only using this medication to treat my symptoms. My only complaint is the use of Red 40 as a coating on the medication. I prefer to limit my artificial colorings.

Ti's is a life saver for me. I suffer from migraines , this product takes it away so fast and so effective. The price is phenomenal. I used to get excedrine but this is identical at a fraction of the cost. You must try it you can't go wrong.

I had a terrible tension headache building over hours. When I finally got home I took the recommended dose of two of these. And within half an hour it was mostly gone. Within an hour 100% of my attention headache was relieved. If you're questioning whether or not to buy this, buy it! It's worth it!!

This is a great Target Up and Up product. It is equivalent to other brand name migraine relief products. This is tension relief but works for migraines or any tough headache. It does not have aspirin which can be upsetting to a person's stomach. It cost way less than the brand name(s) yet has same ingredients and in my opinion works exactly the same. I am pleased with this particular headache relief option.

I suffer from headaches during pregnancy, and I usually take regular acetaminophen (Tylenol). Given I have a history of migraines that usually only ibuprofen will touch, I’m thankful that my pregnancy headaches *usually* respond to acetaminophen. However, during my third and most recent pregnancy, I was getting so many headaches in the first and even into the second trimester, When they’re supposed to let up a bit. I would get headaches that would last 3 days, and I would have to keep taking stuff even when I really didn’t want to. My midwife and a friend both suggested I try Excedrin. I found this Up&Up version of Excedrin, and it is a MUCH better deal! Best of all, it helped. I did have to be careful when I took it with the caffeine, not too late in the day, and being careful then not to exceed the daily recommended max dose of acetaminophen OR caffeine during pregnancy. But overall I’m really glad I found this and wish I would’ve found it sooner!

These work just as well as the more expensive ones. These have helped with migraines and tension headaches from aching neck shoulders and back. I love these!

Best product for my headaches. The price and the effectiveness keep me using these pills. They do not upset my stomach.

I absolutely would be lost with severe headaches if it wasn’t for this product. It is a lifesaver, or should I say, in-the-moment saver? NOTHING else on the market works like Tension Headache Relief. Please don’t ever stop selling this!!

This works for all my headaches, regardless of the type of headache, migraines, tension, stress, sinus or eye strain and way less expensive.

Acetaminophen is all I can take for headaches. I can't take ibuprofen. The added caffeine really takes my headaches and migraines away quickly without the fear of the NSAID to my gut!! And the cost is incredible!
