Bottle lids are stripped
I had to use a butcher knife to open the bottles. The lids completely stripped. This was two in a row. I will buy another product from now on.

Works for three or four hours
This consistently is effective at getting to sleep, but not staying asleep as it is advertised on the label. I’ve taken this for an entire month, and I consistently wake up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep. My wife took it last night and had the exact same result.

Recommend
My son has Schizophrenia, the 3mg has really helped him sleep and because he suffers resless legs through the mefs he is on the 3mg has helpef that too. He now is able to get up for work at 5 in the morning feeling refreshed

This Stuff Works
I've had issues sleeping through the night for years. I took various strengths of melatonin to no avail. The Natrol time release variety is wonderful. I now now only sleep through the night, but can even sleep late in the mornings if time allows. Thanks, Natrol!

Does not help at all.
I bought this hoping it would let me sleep all night. Previously I used the Natrol gummies. they actually helped some.I thought this would be better but I woke up after 2 hours and couldn't fall back asleep for hours so had to take a smaller dose to sleep. Next day I would feel tired all the time. I think I will go back to gummies, at least they helped some. This product did not. Very disppointing.

Terrible aboutsley no effect.
This stuff ain't worth a sht. Night 1 started out just taking 1 no effect still the same problems sleeping. Night 2 i bumped it up by taking 2 still didn't do sht. Night 3 bumped it up even more by taking 3 whole tablets. And once again no effect I threw that sht right in the dawn trash

Didn't work
I bought to help me go to sleep instead of using advil pm. I took it as directed but I was waking up 1 or 2 hours on the hour and using the bathroom. I got the advanced sleep 10mg. I was saddened that it didn't work for me.

Love this product
I have trouble falling asleep. It helps me quiet down my mind so I can fall asleep faster. It’s great because I wake up rested and ready for tge day.

Use this with my mom

ive taken 3 & 5 mg melatonin but I’ve never gotten this effect. every single night I’ve taken it, I’ve had the craziest, most vived, longest dreams.

No better than the other sleep aids I've tried
I bought this product because I thought that the time release would help me stay asleep throughout the night. However, doesn't work any better than anything else I've tried. I still wake up every hour and a half.

Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Melatonin for a long time and always struggled with the decision between a quick dissolve tablet or a time release tablet. No more, this dual layer tablet solves all of that. Seems to work as well as the single layer tablets for helping to fall asleep, as well as the time release for staying asleep. I love that it also has some B6 as I can never seem to get enough of that. No need to expound on the virtues of Melatonin. I'll continue to use this one as it seems to offer the best formula in the right strength for me.
