Change the time to take the product.
I had been taking the Fast Dissolve 5mg melatonin for a couple weeks and had difficulty falling asleep. At a doctor's appointment I asked the doctor for another sleep aid recommendation. She asked me what I was taking, and I told her the product I was taking. She asked me how and when I took it and she responded that I should take it and hour before I go to sleep. And I have had more success and better sleep now that I changed the time I take it.

Do you need to put wheat in this product?
I was using this product until I realized it contained wheat! I have to be gluten free due to gluten sensitivity so I am sad that I can't take this product! Please consider removing the gluten for those of us who can't have it! PLEASE!

Worked for my jet lag
I had issues getting adjusted to a proper sleep schedule after travel and I used this to help me get back to sleep and I fell asleep instantly, I did wake up a couple times during the night but I just opened my eyes and then fell asleep again. But I woke up refreshed

New package- worse product
I have always LOVED natrol dissolvable tabs. This was our household brand of choice. However, with the new label the whole family has found that the product has changed and not as good. The tabs take far longer to dissolve which is inconvenient and unpleasant. The taste has changed as well. I would have given the former product 5+ stars.

Why did you change the product?
I love natrols melatonin supplement. I have found they have changed the product recently though, the ingredients are not the same (it now contains wheat and soy and it did not before, I am gluten free so this is sad). Also no longer has vitamins Bs and calcium added, seems they have tried to make the product cheaper for them. New product also doesn’t dissolve as nice in the mouth and is a lot harder, there was something satisfying about the old product that this new one doesn’t have. Taste is also not as good. It still does its job though.

Misleading
Ive been using Natrol's melatonin for a week and i have seen some serious benefits. So much so, that I decided to do a pitch project on them for one of my classes. After doing some research I've found that they advertise a different product than they actually sell. I don't know how they are going to say that they use no GMOs, no artificial flavors, or sweeteners. When the product I use has Sucralose and artificial flavoring, this is misleading. All the nutrition facts on their website do not show what is on the bottle. I have a friend that is allergic to Sucralose and this could've led to a problem if I was going to recommend it to him. I will continue to use the product, but practice what you preach, please. Before this, I thought very highly of Natrol and now I don't know what to think.

Melatonin is not listed in the ingredient list.
I've been using this for awhile. The 10mg strawberry dissolves. I looked at the ingredients and melatonin is not listed in the ingredients. The lable even says drug free. So.ehats up here?

New look, & New NASTY flavor!
I loved these till they recently changed their bottle and recipe for the quick dissolve. They taste TERRIBLE! Will be looking for a new quick dissolve.

For now I'm still buying it, but something changed recently where the pills become swollen and bad tasting before the bottle is done. It had done that two times in a row. Not sure what that'd about. I'm still buying them because the old taste was my favorite and is my favorite way to take tonin.
