The mfgs think we need 10 or 12 mgs in an attempt to better control us. 5 mgs are getting harder to find and is the right size for me. Too much of a good thing can be detrimental.

Trash! Doesnt work!
Don’t think this works well at all. I’ve noticed when I take the melatonin, it takes FOREVER for me to fall asleep. So, I don’t believe it’s working. I usually buy the Target brand fast dissolving cherry melatonin, however I saw they changed the flavor and now there’s a lot of complaints about the taste and also hat it takes longer to dissolve. So frustrating!!!

Hard to Swallow
I normally have no problems swallowing pills, but these have an odd shape that gets caught in my throat. I had to drink quite a lot of water to get them down. They worked fine once I was able to swallow them, but I have thrown them away and bought another brand.

Bought these because I saw another review that said they “were good af” and that sold me. I’m in nursing school and I have to be up at 4am on Saturdays. I pop one before I got to bed and it does the trick! I do however only use these once a week, not sure how they’d favor for everyday. A plus is the amount you get for the price, can’t beat that!
