I bought this a year ago and then now after it got over. I believe they have started adding dyes to the gummies recently so I wake up to a blue tongue every morning after I take a gummy the previous night. Never used to happen. I either have a bad batch or they’ve just started using more artificial dyes.

Unfortunately, on the first try they gave me really bad heartburn that kept me awake. I don’t mind the taste … I take a lot of supplements with that herbal-medicinal flavor, so that part wasn’t a big deal. But the heartburn was rough. Might work for someone else though.

Previous melatonin brands I've tried have given me nightmares, however, with just one of these gummies, I fall asleep with no issues and have normal dreams. Lots of complaints mention the taste not being too great. Personally, I don't care. It's a sleep gummy, not candy. Even then, the taste isn't bad. I don't wake up groggy which is nice as I get up super early for the gym.

I finished the entire bottle, but honestly dreaded taking it every night because of the taste. Whenever I opened it, my husband would comment that it smelled like rotten fruit. I’ve found that the fast-dissolving version works much better.

Why such a difference in color
These gummies are seemingly different but the exact same bottle. It depends on where I've bought them from as to the color and flavor. I also wonder if one is stronger than the other. Those purchased from target now 2x are the darker purple whereas the ones purchased from weis are the lighter more translucent color.
