Works great, tastes awful
Pros: These work. Not so strong that you feel groggy in the morning or too tired to get up for a nighttime feed with the baby, but strong enough to help you go to sleep and stay there. Con: The flavor. I don’t know what it is—definitely not cherry—but whatever it is, it’s disgusting. I’ve been trying to swallow mine whole to avoid tasting them. Nature Made, if you’re reading this, please go back to the drawing board for a better taste.

Actually Slept Worse
I was hoping for anything to help me sleep beyond the 4-5 hours I may sleep a night, and trust this brand because m PCM recommended it for vitamins; last night was the first time I tried it. Got a headache after chewing the gummy, then couldn't fall asleep (which I normally don't have a problem doing. I was up after 2 hours of sleep. Managed to fall back asleep and was up after an hour. By 0230, it was obvious I wasnt going to get a good night's rest before getting up at 4am. I was tired all day, and figured that being utterly exhausted, surely I would sleep more the following night. Nope! Tried it again and I'm here, up at 1124pm. What a waste! Glad I didn't pay full price.

It Works!

I took one a while before bed and felt myself getting sleepy in the most natural way — no grogginess, no tossing and turning. The taste is surprisingly good too, which thank goodness, I’ve stopped other supplements cuz they tasted awful, specifically ashwagandha lol. Woke up feeling rested and not drowsy at all. Definitely adding these to my nighttime routine when stressed and unable to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture and taste of it is actually really not bad which likely compare to gummy. It does help you to fall asleep very soon, but not a good sleep, you would dreamed a lot and wake up after 3-4 hours.

She likes the fact that they’re chews, said the taste is good but why did they put them in the huge bottle. She has taken melatonin before so she knew what to expect. She would recommend.

Great product

I wasn’t in desperate need of these as I don’t always have trouble falling asleep. The first few days I took these, I was waking up in the middle of the night which wasn’t normal. However, after that I thought they were helping me go to sleep. Overall, liked them by the end !

I know it seems like taste shouldn’t be super important for a supplement, but it REALLY is. Think about it… if you’re not willing to suffer through chewing up and swallowing a foul-tasting gummy, you’re not going to take them for long, right? Fortunately that’s not the case at all here - they smell and taste like cherries. Excellent, natural way to help ease yourself to sleep - just be sure to test them on a night before you have something important to do the next day! Dosage will vary from person to person, so the first couple nights will need to teach you how they work for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Nature Made Time Release Melatonin 3mg Gummies from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. These gummies seemed to work well. I took one before bed as directed and had no trouble falling asleep. I stayed asleep for the most part and slept longer than I have in months, which was a noticeable improvement. The gummies have a soft texture with a cherry flavor, though I found the taste somewhat reminiscent of an alcoholic Jell-O shot. One downside for me is that they contain gelatin when they could easily be made with a plant-based alternative like tapioca. I would have preferred a vegan-friendly option that excludes animal-derived ingredients. While the product was effective, I wouldn’t personally recommend it due to the inclusion of gelatin, as there are other plant-based melatonin options available.
