I was hoping it would change my life but it did not. You do have great products

Natrol has the same effective as 3 mg instant release.

I love that it is time-release, so it keeps me asleep all night. The delivery time was fast. And, it’s vegan…thank you for that. The animals thank you too.❤️

The only kind of Melatonin that people should use is time release because if someone takes too much Melatonin at once, the melatonin receptors in the brain will be overwhelmed and be shut down.

I was eager to try this time-release formula because I tend to wake up around 2AM every night. The 3mg Time-Release got me to sleep pretty fast but I woke up again at 2AM with a very upset stomach. Is there anything in this formulation that might cause that? I'll try it again tomorrow night and see what happens. Btw, I am not new to Melatonin in general. I've been using a non-Time Release version for quite some time but without the stomach issues.

This product helps me fall asleep within 5-6 minutes when I take it just before I go to bed. Also, I usually stay asleep for several hours until the dog wakes me to go outside. Would recommend this product for those with problems falling asleep and staying asleep.

While I still wake during the night, this seems to help me get back to sleep better than other remedies.

I tried it for a while and it did not help me at all-I was told I would get a refund of my purchase price. If I have to send back product, I will. SJ S

I feel like they worked and they helped me fall asleep and they actually helps me stay asleep a bit. They were gentle on my stomach and did not upset it and I would definitely buy them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use melatonin for sleep and for bone health. It takes about 15 minutes after I've taken it, for my body to say time to "close your eyes". So I like that it helps me to fall asleep quicker. This melatonin is a time release product, which means that it releases slowly to keep you in that relaxed state of sleep throughout the night. However, sometimes after about 3-4 hours I am awake and can't get back to sleep. So I am not sure if it really dissolves all that slowly....so only 4 stars.

I started looking at options to help and stumble upon these by chance and thank goodness I did. I usually take them half an hour before I want to sleep and now I fall asleep with almost no issues. I also feel like these help me stay asleep longer. I tried non time release and I'd fall asleep and then be wide awake an hour or 2 later. These are not like that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the worst time falling asleep each night and actually staying asleep, so I was really excited to see that there were actually time release Melatonin tablets you could take. These are super easy to take, they are the perfect amount of mg - I only need to take one each night to get a good nights rest. Within 30 minutes of taking one of these, I fall asleep easily and actually stay asleep for most the night. No more waking up every hour or tossing and turning. The best thing is I feel so much better in the morning, I am not all groggy, and I feel as if I got a good nights rest. Very pleased with these and how well they work for me.

I like the 3mg option. I don’t often find more then a 1mg option so that’s nice to have. I do have trouble falling asleep and these helped but I don’t think I stayed asleep as well as some other things I’ve tried but these being natural is really nice.

These are easy to swallow tablets. They are very small. I am able to take them without water. They come in a great size pack of 100 tablets. One bottle will last me for 100 nights. I only need one for the night since they are extended release they work throughout the night. Waking up the next morning, I feel refreshed and ready for my day.
