Contains Gluten
I’m so disappointed to learn these contain wheat/gluten. None of the other variations do and I don’t want the sugar from a gummy. I just want 1mg melatonin. Now it makes sense why I’m having flare ups. Never thought to check the 1mg bottle when the 5mg said the product was clear.

Is there a size difference in 1mg vs 5mg pills?
We love the fast dissolve pills. They taste and work great. Our problem is that the 1 mg and 5 mg pills got accidentally mixed up in the same container. How can we differentiate between the two? I take 1 mg and my husband takes 5mg. The 5 mg is too much for me. Please help. The pills look the same size to me!

Changed size and flavor
These were my go to for my toddler who is very high strung. And she is also a very picky eater, but somehow she like these, and then they started being harder to find so I had to order straight from the website. As soon as I gave them to her, she knew immediately that it taste different and I noticed that the size was different. I don't know why they have to change the size of the pill or why they would change the recipe for it but I was sad because I can't find anything else that she will eat and these are not very hard to get her to eat.

Perfect melatonin product for seniors
Finally a quick dissolving melatonin dose for seniors. The appropriate dose of melatonin for seniors is very small. Larger doses cause super-physiologic blood levels lasting into the next day. These doses can cause unsteadiness, drowsiness, and poor quality sleep putting many seniors at risk for falls. Chronic high blood levels of melatonin, caused by large doses also desensitizes the melatonin receptors in the body reducing or eliminating the sleep benefits.

perfect dose
I have taken melatonin in the past at higher dosages that’s caused me to have nightmares. Low dosage plus a tasty, quick-dissolve tablet has allowed me to regain control of my sleep schedule with minimal side effects. Recommended!

Great taste and work well
I tried this and I think it works great. One extremely important thing to know about this supplement is that it does not appear to be gluten free. I think we took for granted that most supplements are but there is nothing explicit on the bottle that indicates presence of gluten. Other than that, these supplements taste great and work. All I needed was 1 mg after years of thinking that extra strength is better. The pills are great.

Never disappoints!

Gets the job done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product multiple times now after a long day when I cant seem to fall asleep. The taste is slightly chalky like most chewables. Some of the times it works like a charm and I find myself dozing off in about 20-30 minutes but other times I've felt i needed double the dose. So far it's been a great product and i continue to use them as needed. Never felt groggy the next morning after taking one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Melatonin tablets work like a dream. They taste good and dissolve quickly without leaving a gritty taste in your mouth. As the directions state, within 20 minutes you are ready for bed. I have been sleeping through the entire night without waking up restless around 3:00 or 4:00 AM. I do not feel drowsy in the morning nor have I experienced unpleasant dreams. I have experienced quality sleep and get through the following day without being tired or out of it.
