    Good nights sleep

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Natrol Uktra Sleep 3 in 1 Fast Dissolve tablets for awhile now and have been really happy with it overall. It helps me relax and get a good nights sleep with no grogginess the next morning. I like that it dissolves in your mouth without needing water. However it does take a few minutes to completely dissolve. Other than that it’s a great product and I definitely recommend.

It did help me falling asleep quick, but still woke up a few times at night. For my son they worked great. He slept through the night and woke up rested. Maybe I need to take 2 next time to get some good night sleep. I did woke up rested, even though I woke up a few times.

I also like that is none- habit forming, so i don't have to worry about becoming coming dependent on it. The fast dissolve tablets taste great, which makes them easy to take before bed. I don’t know if it’s me, but although it does help me fall asleep, I still woke up a couple times in the middle of the night. I think it can be effective and great for when you’re traveling since it isn’t messy, but I’m not sure I’ll continue taking it.

The fast-dissolve tablets are convenient and taste pretty good, with a light raspberry flavor. I like that it combines melatonin with other calming ingredients to support a good night's sleep. I probably won't use it often, so I'm saving most of it for my mother-in-law since she uses melatonin regularly. If you're someone who occasionally needs a little extra help winding down at bedtime, this seems like a nice, easy-to-take option.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effective to make me sleep right away which is good ifor someone who has difficulty falling asleep but it doesn’t last long enough in my case, I wake up in 5 hours. So the taste is great and it needs only a few minutes to dissolve in the mouth, the effect is fast but I wish it lasted 8 hours. The bottle is nicely made.
