Great natural sleep remedy

I tried the tablet to get back on schedule after a transatlantic flight, and it helped get me back on a normal sleep pattern. The taste is great and it dissolved easily. I did not feel groggy the next morning.

Helpful for both falling and staying asleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally take supplements, but as an 'over-thinker', I have had a lifelong problem with falling asleep. These chewables have a pleasant taste and texture, it's not like chewing on chalk, and they work! I have been using them on a varied sleep schedule and no matter when I take them in 30 minutes or so I'm ready to sleep. No morning grogginess either! Good product, I will be purchasing these going forward.

After trying this for a few nights, I’m come to conclusion it does help me become drowsy and fall asleep rather quickly. I still woke up through out the night but I feel like I fell back asleep quicker than without taking this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Natrol fast dissolve ultra sleep tablets have been a game changer for me. I have been a historically bad sleeper since childhood and nothing has worked so I stick to a regular bedtime and hope to sleep through the night. I will try anything to help me sleep better so these tablets are right up my alley. You can chew them up or let them dissolve in your mouth but they taste fruity and are easy to take. It says to take them 30 minutes before bed and I did that for 10 nights. I slept soundly and woke up the next morning before my alarm for all but one night after taking these. There is nothing crazy in these just melatonin, gaba and some extracts but yet it works and the price is right. If you struggle with sleep, please try these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sweet dreams... These tablets dissolve easily and are a little tart like a sour candy. I've been taking them regularly for a bit before bed. I like that there's GABA in these to help relax me a little more. The melatonin never fails in giving me sweet dreams. I wake up refreshed and not groggy, which is nice. I love the taste, tart cherry. So far I don't have any noticable side effects but I do think I'm dreaming more.

I like that it feels more gentle compared to my heavier sleep medications. They are fast dissolve tablets and super convenient that you don’t even need water to take them with. The taste is actually pretty good (like a strawberry flavor) with no weird aftertaste. Within about 30 minutes, I am able to relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep throughout the night. Best of all, I woke up feeling rested without that groggy feeling the next morning.
