Usually just melatonin doesn't work for me, but these mixed with magnesium glycinate work like a charm! I take them about 30 minutes before bed and it just relaxes me enough to fall asleep easily and doesn't make me groggy in the mornings! I have already repurchased these and will continue to do so!

The combo of botanicals, magnesium and GABA helped me fall asleep faster, and I didn’t wake up groggy the next morning. The “melatonin-free” option is great for nights when I want relaxation without that heavy sedation feeling. My only gripe is the cost — for daily use it adds up. Would recommend to anyone who has mild restlessness or just wants better quality sleep, but not necessarily someone who has serious insomnia.

I have bought these for years until I discovered vita fusion and wow they are not dried out there actually gummy and yummy. Definitely not dried out like matrix.

Honestly, they work pretty well! I fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night, which is a huge win. I don’t know if this is a good product or not. I do know that I’m tired of seeing the Josh Allen commercial on television. It is shown way too often on CBS.

Good ingredients and great value for your money. I didn’t notice a scent and the packaging is nice. I would recommend if you have trouble sleeping.

I will do this for maybe a couple of weeks then I sleep at least 12-15 for a day or two. It is exhausting and makes my pain that much worse. I was hopeful when I received Natrol it would help me. I have tried so many other sleep aids with no luck. I am so happy to report it really does help me relax so I can fall asleep and stay asleep for at least 6-8 hours. So so happy!

It’s drug free so it’s non habit forming, or has an overtly nasty ingredients. The name says it all Natrol, it’s natural ingredients that help you slip off into sleep. Melatonin is the main source for helping you fall asleep fast and stay asleep longer, not constantly waking up. The GABA is said to support a more restful sleep quality and making it easier to fall asleep. (As per the bottle, after one week) Lastly magnesium which helps to support a healthy sleep, and help you to relax. You will also find a blend of tart cherry, lemon balm, and chamomile which also have calm, restful and aid in sleep properties. Like a supplements/pills etc, the more you use them, the more effective they become. You should have a routine(take 2 20-30 minutes before bed) , and stick with it. In order for these to work you have to set yourself up to want to fall asleep. Drink some water, cool dark room, lights out, no phones, take the supplements and let them do the rest. They don’t really have a taste persay, just like any supplement they just kind of just taste the capsule and the earthiness. I Would stick with using them, even though I didn’t have as much trouble falling asleep as I used to, these are good to have in your “I need to sleep” arsenal.

I've finished an entire bottle and can honestly say that these work BETTER than the 20 mg melatonin only gummies that I normally take. I'm getting drowsy within 15-20 minutes and fall asleep and,more often than not, stay asleep. The only drawback is they are pretty large capsules so if you have trouble swallowing pills they may not be for you.

But as an educator sleep was so needed and there were a few times that I took these and slept like a baby. It works better than just melatonin and is easy to take and has no flavor to it.

They were pretty good and easy to take, no scent to them. The only issue I really had was that you need to take two per serving. Otherwise they were good. They are packaged in a plastic bottle and seemingly decent value for the price (I looked them up)
