Now that they sleep through the night, I’m still unable to fall sleep or stay asleep through the night. Natrol helps me to sleep quicker and much better, now I feel fresh in the morning with the help of Natrol. I love the fact that it’s drug free and non addictive. I take one every night which is very effective for me. Over all really happy with Natrol. Definitely recommend it.

The capsules are 100% drug free, a real plus especially since the melatonin and magnesium were recommended by my doctor. Easy open bottle was was also appreciated. I did go to sleep easier but was wide awake within 45 minutes then really struggled to go back to sleep, I was hoping for some quality sleep time but that never happened. I do think these capsules might help someone else just didn’t help me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sleep aid supplement of 60 capsules free to review. I have fibromyalgia, which has wrecked my sleep. I typically have problems falling asleep, but my real issue is I don’t stay asleep. This supplement has melatonin (5 mg) combined with 100 mg GABA and 100 mg magnesium. I did have problems swallowing the capsule so I would suggest taking 1 at a time and drinking a lot of water. The recommended dose is two capsules 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime. This also has 10 mg of B6 and a botanical blend of 25 mg including tart cherry, lemon balm, and chamomile extract. I have only used it for a week. I noticed that I don’t fall asleep right away; however, I have no problem going back to sleep once I wake up in the night. That’s an improvement. I would definitely recommend this melatonin supplement. There’s no taste and it does what it says it does.

I did have a more restful sleep that has me getting out of bed without hitting the snooze button. So I’d state this works well but isn’t perfect.

I have really bad anxiety and nightmares and it’s hard for me to go to sleep, but I took just one of these to test it out and got 2.5 mg instead of taking the full 5 mg just to see how it would work and I went to sleep within 45 minutes easy to take and it kicked right on in. I also did not wake up in the middle of the night, which is something I tend to do. 5 mg later on tonight and will update my review afterwards. I will be buying this again. This is a product that definitely helps you stay asleep and I’m not just saying that because I got it for free to try to review.
