A: Hi German, thanks for reaching out about Therabody ThermBack LED 4-in-1 Back Wrap. The Therabody ThermBack LED 4-in-1 Back Wrap is designed as a one-size-fits-most device. According to the manufacturer, the adjustable Velcro straps on the ThermBack LED can accommodate waists up to 45 inches. For waists exceeding 45 inches, Therabody offers a strap extender that can be obtained by contacting their Customer Service at no additional charge. This extender is not included with the standard device. Therefore, with a belt size of 50 inches, you will need to request the strap extender from Therabody's Customer Service to comfortably and securely use the ThermBack LED 4-in-1 Back Wrap. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ThermBack by Therabody has been a great asset in assisting with lower back discomfort. It can be worn above or under clothing, but to use the LED feature it will need to touch skin. I found this to be very comfortable to wear while doing every day tasks. The compression straps are a valuable addition to make sure the device is snug. The Therabody app is user friendly and I like that there are already routines set up in it for fast and easy access. I enjoy using this after sitting at my desk job all day as well as after a workout to help relax my muscles. The carrying case is very nice to have for storage as well! I would recommend this item to anyone suffering from chronic lower back pain.

It doesn’t get as hot as I would like but it definitely relaxes the back muscles. It’s easy to wear and move while wearing it and the adjustable straps make it good for many different body types. The kit includes a bag for storing the therapeutic belt. I liked how the belt is fastened and comfortably held on the back, it does not come down and does not interfere with movement. The vibrations from the belt are pleasant. I liked the wave vibrations the most, they really relax the back. I also use this belt during menstruation as a heating pad, this also works, an unexpected plus of this belt)) I'll tell you a secret))), I put this belt on my stomach with the vibrating side and turn it on and I like its massage effect, the fat goes away! So you can lose weight with this belt. I definitely recommend the Therm Back belt, for me it is three in one, it heals and relaxes the back, helps to remove fat on the stomach, warms the stomach like a heating pad! I love this therapeutic belt!

It’s small enough you can wear it out if you wanted to and everytime you use it there’s a function where it shuts off after 20 minutes. The red light is very bright but not blinding. Overall we love using this for our back aches and pains.

The different settings allows for me to make myself comfortable for whichever needs I need met for my lower back. I LOVE how this came with a travel case! It makes it so much easier for me to bring to places such as work and camp. The different velcro system makes for an easier, more snug fit which makes you really feel everything. Although you don’t see it when you’re using it, the bright light on the inside could be used for infrared heat therapy which works wonders for tender lower back pain! I absolutely love how this is cordless too! I’m able to walk around the house with no cord following me!

The carrying case is soft and so nice for storage or taking on trips. Now to the important part, it helps ease my back pain in 5 minutes. The heat has 3 different settings and the high setting gets pretty hot which I love. The wave vibration feels incredible and helps release the tension in my lower back. I use the infrared lights as well and feel more relief than I ever imagined I would from a device like this. It is easy to use and I can wear it while watching TV on the couch. I highly recommend this yo anyone with lower back pain.
