Q: Does this just come with one sleeve or a pair? Pictures show a pair, but contents of package shows one. Does that mean I would have to purchase 2 of these to make it a pair?

Very disappointed with this product. I own multiple Therabody products, and I LOVE them all. I have the Jet Boots Pro Plus, the knee device, and multiple Theraguns. This is a huge miss. I tried it from multiple angles and my calf barely felt anything. Returned.

The settings are straightforward and although they could be a bit more powerful, did the job after a recent Hyrox and removed any pain and soreness. I usually suffer from calf cramps and this has really worked for me.

I am happy with the product but I expected to get a pair for both my calves for the price I paid. In the website was not clear if I was purchasing a pair or a single product. This is something to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First- the top band does not stretch- it is very tight. I measured and got the medium, and it was cutting into my leg, so I exchanged for a large. The exchange process took 6 weeks, which is ridiculous. The large fits better, but the top band is still too tight. I don't understand why the top band is not like the bottom band that is stretchy. However, I am not going through that exchange/return process again. Sizing-wise, a medium is what I should have- the bottom half of the Large sleeve is way baggy/loose around my calf. I just fold it up because it's pointless and doesn't touch my leg. It's ridiculous that there is no discount for buying a set. You just buy two of them. It's also annoying that they are identical- not made for a right and a left. What makes it annoying is the vibration placement and the battery pack placement. The 2" block battery pack is a little uncomfortable and digs in a bit. There are two sets of vibration areas on each sleeve. It's ok, but it's more like a stim treatment and very isolated. Wish they were more spread out. The vibration modes are nice- I like the wave one. If they improved the vibration area, they could make it with a nice wave vibration that pushes the fluid up, like the inflatable ones. I do wish this came with some heat. Charging is easy and they come with a nice bag.

Strange product, I bought two, but they are not paired so as the active parts are in the same place, they work different parts of the calf. Meant to be worn for long periods, not as a recovery aid. Like a compression sleeve with a small buzzing in places, not enough to be a massage. Can’t see that it would do any good so returned it.
