Not charging
It works when it’s connected but as soon as I disconnect it, it stops working. I figured maybe because i didn’t let it charge enough. I’ve had it charging the entire night.

Life saver
I have a lot of neck problems and way too many days I wake up with neck pain. I tried a lot of different things but this is by far is the best. It gives massage and you get to decide the strength. It rounds diferent ways. It has helped my pain a ton.
