Q: When I try to use this after charging for a few hours, it only moves for 1 second and then stops. Is it defective or is there a secret to the buttons next to the power button.

Since you said it was charging for a few hours, the problem is most likely related to the charging system.     Works really nicely

    This neck massager feels so good on my muscles. It is just the massage I need after a long day. I love that this also has a heat feature which is very soothing. This is portable too so I can take it with me on the go. I am very happy with it.

My favorite thing about it, is it's cordless, so I don't have to "stuck" in the same spot using it. I love that it heats while massaging and I can change the heat level. I also really like the auto off feature, for when I fall asleep using it.

    Helping with my pressure and knots

    This neck message has been helping me so much. Its helping to relieve alot of the pressure and knots that keeps getting built up in neck from work. The difference settings are great to adjust depending on how sore i am. This is light weight and well made. Charging is very easy and fast.

    After purchase the Shiatsu provoked for 1 day and then stopped working. I tried to charge for the full day, turn it on and the light is green it it works for 30 seconds and stops.
