submitted by Ash - 7 months ago

  • A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about SLF Shiatsu Pro Shoulder Massager The SLF Shiatsu Pro Shoulder Massager cannot be used while it is charging. Q: When I try to use this after charging for a few hours, it only moves for 1 second and then stops. Is it defective or is there a secret to the buttons next to the power button.

submitted by Anna - 11 months ago

  • A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the SLF Shiatsu Pro Shoulder Massager Excessive Downward Pressure: If you are actively pulling down on the arm straps to apply deep pressure, the massager may interpret this as a motor obstruction or overload and shut off to prevent damage. Since you said it was charging for a few hours, the problem is most likely related to the charging system. Contact Customer Support: Since it sounds like a new item with a persistent power failure, you should contact the manufacturer (SLF) for a warranty replacement or refund. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day between 7 am and 11 pm CST.

    Extremely relaxing

I bought this on a whim while going to pick up groceries, and I expected it to be OK at best. Turns out I didn’t know what I was missing until I used it. Deeply relaxed within five minutes of use and the crook in my neck from sleeping on it wrong about three days ago, completely gone.
