Excessive Downward Pressure: If you are actively pulling down on the arm straps to apply deep pressure, the massager may interpret this as a motor obstruction or overload and shut off to prevent damage. Since you said it was charging for a few hours, the problem is most likely related to the charging system. Contact Customer Support: Since it sounds like a new item with a persistent power failure, you should contact the manufacturer (SLF) for a warranty replacement or refund.
