After my doctor suggested trying one of these, I had to wonder why. This did not help at all. In fact, it made my muscles hurt more. The stick itself is hard adnd using it on the neck area in particular or upper arms was awkward at best. Made my back andd buttocks ache. Going back!

Loooove this! I'm at the gym five days a week on te elliptical, doing hand-free HIIT, followed by 40 mins on the treadmill and my legs are SORE after each session. I have every roller out there, but this one really got the nagging kink out of my left quad. Hurt so good!

This seems like a great idea and a good way to reach spots that the roller just can't get. Unfortunately, the one I received had 2 very sharp seams along its length where the two halves are joined together. It makes the roller unusable.

Helps get out the kinks in my back. You have to kind of bend at an awkward angle at times, but it helps. The ridges really help to dig in. I would say that it’s not as effective as a foam roller if you’re looking to replace that, but for the size and what it is it does a good job

I'm very surprised and impressed with how well this massage stick worked. I use it after workouts and physical therapy, and it really helps ease my muscles. I would like if it also had some hard foam as well, but it's a great product and affordable!

Using this on myself, it has been really great for thighs and my calves especially. Super easy and nice to use on a partner to save hand pain. Really holds up well to use and isn't so soft that it's not helpful. It's a nice medium comfort massage

This is a great addition to any workout! It is firm and rolls smoothly. I have sore muscles after workings oit and this roller really helps to sooth out any knots I get. I like that it is easy to use myself, or have someone help with my hard to reach spots.
