Your feet need this roller
I tried a tennis ball. I tried a lacrosse ball. I tried a frozen bottle of water. I have 4 pairs of orthotic shoes and inserts. Nothing helps my plantar fasciitis as well as this roller. I keep it in the freezer and pull it out at least twice a day.

This foot roller is built well, sturdy and solid. It rolls smoothly on the floor. It hits the key areas on my foot to alleviate. The grooves also add to its usefulness. It’s great that you can use it either cold or warm.

Very helpful!
It’s a weird looking this but it is really helpful! I have some tight muscles in one of my feet and this has really helped to massage it and make the pain more manageable. It doesn’t stay cold super long but it is a nice feeling to it. Haven’t tried heating it yet but I’m sure it would be to the same effect.

So relieving
This foot roller is so relieving.I walk alot during ghe day. So this helps stretch my foot and rub out the soreness. I have used this with the hot option, which is easy to do. Just use hot tap water on the roller to warm. I take my shoes off and use this right away. I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

Must have if you are a runner
This is one of the product that you know you need only when you have used it . I am a runner and this massager is such a relaxing one after a long run. I use mine as cold and it nice and steady . It’s not heavy and storage is easy .

A great foot roller
This foot roller is fabulous. It's not too heavy, it fits into the freezer very nicely and holds its cold temperature for long enough to get a good relaxing roll on the soles of my feet. Works well hot AND cold. I really like it and would recommend it.

Absolutely love the option of using it hot or cold to meet your needs. Either way they are easy to prep with some time. Rolling hits the right spots helping to ease your foot of the pain/discomfort you might have. Easy to use, easy to prep and provides the relief I was looking for.

Provides relief
As someone that experiences plantar fasciitis, regular foot stretching helps to reduce long-term pain. This foot roller is unique because it allows you to introduce heat or cold options to the stretching. In the morning, I prefer the heat option and after workouts, I prefer plain or with cold. You add heat to the roller by placing it in hot water and cold by placing it in the freezer. This is easy to use, easy to wipe down, and I like that it has a bit of bulk to it, which helps it roll easier.

Cute little thing
Does a great job with your feet. My whole family and I love it! Perfect size for a good foot massager. From the look of it I thought it would be bad but it wasn't. Another plus was the cute color it arrived in.

Great treatment tool for foot issues
The Hot and Cold Footroller by All In Motion™ is great for anyone with foot issues. I have plantar fascitis and then pain can be excruciating some days. I popped the roller in the freezer for a few hours and rolled my foot over if for a few minutes and it felt some much better. While it probably won't cure it in a day or two, it will help with the pain.
