This massager is bit trick to use . I got it right after few tries. I wish the instrument were more detailed. Overall it’s a handy tool and does the basic massages after the workout or just to relax after long day.if you are large you might find this bit difficult to use . But it’s good value for it’s worth

The Adjustable Massage Stick helps to alleviate stiff muscles. You can quickly customize the massage stick to adapt to configurations needed for different muscle groups. To do this, simply pull off the handle and remove or rearrange rings as needed. The inner pole was initially rigid and it has a little more give the more the massager is used. This is functioning as intended, though I do wish it was slightly longer for more ease in massaging my back upper body.

I'm undecided how I feel about the All in Motion handheld adjustable roller. I think the concept is good but I dont feel its flexible enough and the massage ability is just ok, nothing to really brag about.

This is a great roller! The handles make it easy to hold and the thing bends to the body position you’re trying to massage. I like that you can take rings out to make it adjustable too. The blue pieces aren’t very firm, so when i need more pressure I use something else.

My daughter plays soccer and she’s always getting knots and cramps in her legs And this works great to relieve the pain. It is the perfect handheld massager that is small enough for her to keep in her soccer bag to use whenever she needs it. I like it because I’m able to reach behind my back with it to get knots out. The grips make it easy to hold onto and roll over the knots in my back and neck

This is such an fast and effective roller. It helps alleviate my stiff muscles from working at the computer; and assists in stretching out my lower back. I can easily rotate it to work on my shoulders, or any part of the body that needs relief. It's lightweight and perfect for travel. The rollers are adjustable and removable to target a particular area. Very well made and exceeded my expectations!

A nice new roller. I'm familiar with the standard stick that was popular when I was younger. That was more of a firm plastic bead that moved. These rollers are much softer, and have a varied diameter, which allows you to take the handles off and customize, as needed. You do have to tug a bit to take off the handles, which just means that it won't just pop off. I like that you're able to change the sizes to fit your needs. I prefer it to be a little firmer, but it still does the job. The only downside I noticed what that the stick type take up much less space. It might be easier to travel with this one with the wheels off, though it might be six of one, half dozen of another...

I’m surprised by how much I enjoy this roller. I am able to use it in my own lower back which is really nice when my back is sore. My kids also enjoy using it to give mom and dad a back rub, which is nice for everyone involved.

This handheld roller is about 17 inches long, with 9 different wheels with varying width. I used it on my husband's back. He said that it felt very good. Overtime I think this will be a perfect device to combat some minor back pains.
