We recommend inflating the ball to the desired firmness. The mini ab ball should be inflated to a maximum size of 8" diameter.

We are glad that you love the mini ab ball. We recommend using a spoon to remove the plug. You can slide the head of the spoon under the plug, then pull upward to remove it.

Holds Shape Well
I am 200lbs and use it as a chair topper. When seated it feels sturdy although when looking at it in a mirror it looks like its about to burst. Time will tell.

Not 8 in diameter
I bought this ball to use behind my knee for barre workouts, but it’s too large for that purpose. I measured it deflated and it is larger than 8in diameter. If you need it to be super small, this isn’t the right ball. Other than the size, it was easy to blow up and looks like it’s good quality.

Size not as indicated
The box says this ball is 8" (20.3 cm). It is not. It is 10". (I had actually wanted a 7" ball so even 8" was larger than I wanted, but 10" is far larger than indicated and larger than I wanted.) The plastic also smells absolutely awful. I also agree with the other reviews that complain about the inflation straw and plug. It doesn't seem like it will stay inflated once on lean on it to do my exercises. Bought on sale but I should have known that "you get what you pay for". Will probably be returning and getting something better somewhere else.

Poor design, always deflates
The design for inflating and plugging the hole are terrible. By the time I get the hole plugged, half the air has left. Ball is always deflated when I use it. I regret this purchase, would not recommend, and will be putting it in the trash. I get so frustrated that I want to skip my home workouts! Buying myself a proper ball somewhere else

Great Exercise Ball
I feel like I have a catch in my hip, so I bought this so that I could do physical therapy exercises at home. It was the same size as the ball at the physical therapy facility and is similar in squeeziness. Blowing it up was easy with the straw. I'm happy with my purchase.

Never Could Get It Fully Inflated
This gadget comes with an "inflation" tool: a flimsy plastic straw about one-fourth the diameter of a pencil. I'm in pretty good shape with normal lung capacity; I huffed and I puffed and I never got the ball inflated enough to feel really firm. It goes back today. There are mini-balls out there in the same price range that come with real inflation tools.
