My hubby and kids wanted a starter weighted ball and this was a great price. They use it for softball and baseball training and say it seems like a good quality ball.

My daughter is a catcher on her softball team, and she loves this for throwing back and forth for strength training.

Perfect size for baseball and softball drills, as well as core workouts. Easy to hold and perfect weight.

This seems to be a great medicine ball so far. Its true to weight and won’t ruin your home floor so great for an outdoor gym. Not too large or awkwardly shaped to use during a workout. It’s been the perfect addition for my home gym area and easy to just roll away under the bed for next use.

This is a great weighted ball. It is great for easy at home workouts. It is made so it can be wiped down easy also. The outside is easy to grip so you can hold it easily. Even a good weight to pass between ppl in workouts.

This is a well made ball. It's easy to hold on to and has a great texture to it. It is the perfect size and weight for me to handle. It wipes clean easy. It can be used in so many different ways and different programs. I love to use it with my step exercises.

This medicine is the perfect weight for me. It's very sturdy and the texture makes it easy to grip and hold onto. The blue color is fun. It's very versatile and great for many different kinds of exercises.

I like that it doesnt squish far in. It’s a solid shape but a little soft to grip. The stuff that weighs it is stable and even, therefore there should be no wobble. The exterior is a smooth rubbery finish skin that feels thick enough for it’s intended purpose.

This is my new go-to medicine ball. It’s the perfect size for my smaller hands and the texture allows for a solid grip. The ball is filled with sand and has a little give, meaning it isn’t too hard, for an easier hold. I do not slam medicine balls, so I don’t have a recommendation there. The ball feels durable enough, however I know there are specialized medicine balls specific for that use. The weight felt true to 10lbs. There also appears to be an inflation point on the ball.

This is a great piece of equipment to add to my home gym. My husband and I have multiple sets of weights as well as a kettlebell, but we don't have a medicine ball. I like the pretty deep, teal color. It's slightly squishy, which I like, and it's easy to maneuver. I think this will be a great addition to our current workout equipment, and I'd love to get more in different weights and colors in the future.

This is a great product. I love the design on the ball. The quality is great. It works very well fo my workout routine. I love i can easily grip the ball while working out. It deems to be great quality and will last me a very long time.
