Lifeline Wall Ball - 10lbs

Bought this after I saw a class using them at the crossfit gym across from my office. It looked like a lot of fun so I got one. The exercises are way harder than I expected but a really like how they work my whole body. I can't wait until I don't feel totally beat after using it. Probably should have started with a lighter weight....

I love using this wall ball for my at home workouts. I can use it for upper body, lower and core workouts.

I'm an avid golfer, and I've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I don't think I'll be going pro anytime soon, but I've knocked a few strokes off my game.

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. It isn't the cheapest wall ball out there but I've learned you get what you pay for. I've been using it for a couple of months with no problems so far!
