The often underappreciated yet extremely versatile and powerful classic sandbag is a multipurpose functional strength training tool with numerous benefits that are not possible to realize through traditional barbell training alone. The ZIVA CHIC Power Core Bag takes this dynamic, less easily controlled resistance that recruits more stabilizer muscles across the entire body, and updates it with heavy-duty nylon straps, a thick PVC skin, and large, easy identification weights numbers. This highly flexible tool allows users to enjoy a wide variety of compound lifts and combined compound lifts, a dream for full-body superset routines. The variable weight distribution of the classic sandbag is improved here with ZIVA engineering: plastic microbeads and a special sand-filled liner bag allow for more even yet still dynamic weight distribution during exercises while the bag’s airhole endcaps allow for safe compressed during intense exercise.

Need !

The material is very durable and the sand is evenly distributed throughout the product which is a huge plus. This bag is very versatile & easy to add to different workouts. This is a really great addition to our gym.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice weighted power core sandbag. I like how this has easy to read weight numbers on it cause most do not. This is heavy and nice to exercise with. It is 15lbs and is easy to carry. So my wife seen me using it and wants one also so we can work out together so I will be getting her one as well. I use mine to walk up and down my hill in my backyard and I can feel the burn. Ziva did well with this bad. I use it every other day and I can tell a difference when working out with this now. Great results. Me and my wife like to work out so I will be looking at more exercise equipment from ziva.

Does the job

He feels that is is durable and fairly well balanced but is not a big fan of the handles. He would definitely recommend getting the add-on rubber handles for a better and more comfortable grip. Overall it’s a good product that gets the job done, but if it came with the rubber handles it would be much better.

My son loves the bag and loves that he can do so much with it. The bag is strong and has straps to help with different types of workouts. This is a great addition to have in any workout routine.

Awesome Addition

I had been seeing online all the ways you can use them and I'm excited to work this in to my routine. This particular bag feels super solid and has multiple grip options for a variety of exercises. I weighed the bag on my scale to see if it truly would be the claimed 25lbs and it was dead on. I think this product will become a new favorite in no time and I can't wait to see how it holds up.

It adds just the right amount of resistance to whatever exercise you are doing, and you can do your entire workout with this bag. I do prefer working out at home, and this is perfect if you don't have space for traditional weights.

Start with lighter one and then you can upgrade to a heavier bag after that.Balanced weight distribution and seems to well-constructed and durable. I dropped it multiple times but nothing happened to it . I’m sure once you get into the routine , you are going to be impressed by these.

Perfect for Squats!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ziva power Core Bag is prefilled with comfortable handles. I use it for squats, side lunges, and crawling while dragging. Definitely like them better than dumbbells for these workouts. This power core bag is easy to clean, I wipe them with bleach wipes. There are many youtube videos dedicated to core bags but I only use them for lunges and squats.
