These are great in theory. However, they did not hold up to four times a week hot yoga. The sand packets break (tried two sets, both lasted a month or less) and then they leach iron and smell badly. If the packets were stronger they would be a win.

For the price you can’t beat this great workout accessory! I use for several different workouts and love the weights. Velcro is very strong and stays in place!

These are good, they do slide around a little but they’re still nice

Ankle weights Velcro around ankle. 4 lb. Bought to add a bit of an extra work out when walking dog. After I got used to the weight, I don't even notice and feel like I could use even heavier. My one complaint is the size and Velcro. I have small ankles and it is hard to get these tight enough without sliding down and resting on my feet, and because I have to wrap so far around my ankle there is not a lot of contact with Velcro, and it has pulled loose when walking. Other than that issue, they are very nice. They would just fit and adhere better on thicker ankles.

These are great ankle weights, however, these are marketed for men and are $2 less than the the ones marketed for women, which weigh less. Make it make sense.

These work great to add a little extra challenge to a work out, or even just to wear around the house to tone up!

These are great and very comfortable on the skin. They stay in place pretty well.

I've been using the All in Motion Ankle Weights for a few weeks now, and I've really been enjoying them. I've noticed a difference in the tone of my legs, and I feel like my workouts are more challenging. I also like that I can wear them while I'm doing everyday activities, like walking or running errands. Overall, I'm really happy with the All in Motion Ankle Weights. They're a great way to add resistance to your workouts and help you tone your legs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pair of ankle weights.

I have used a lot of different ankle weights in the past these are maybe the best. The fabric is super soft and not irritating to the skin. The weight is distributed evenly and the velcro holds tight. I highly recommend. I wear them when doing my chores around the house.

While I do chores or exercise around the house, I wear these ankle weights. I had a hard time adapting to them at first. I like that these Ankle Weights are durable and of high quality. They are more than sufficient in helping to build my leg muscles. These ankle weights weigh four pounds each and have been instrumental in strengthening and toning my legs. I can increase muscle endurance when I use these wearable weights. I've never seen my legs look so toned and healthy. I highly recommend these ankle weights.

I've worn ankle weights before, and while these were an improvement, they could be better. Though the neoprene fabric allowed for a tighter fit, the weights still slipped down. For legs, I really think calf weights are the way to go, but they are near impossible to find. For this reason, I would still recommend these if you are looking for an easy way to add in some weights to your routine. They are well made, and the velcro is strong and secure. Just know that the weights will pull and could give you ankle fatigue.

If you not use to weights these are great starters to walk around the house when doing chores or home exercising. Great quality weights too help tone and strengthen your legs, I like that the weights aren’t too heavy or light. Does take some getting use too though.

These are comfortable and just enough weight to really feel like you’re doing something just walking around the house. When I’m sitting on the couch, I extend my legs and definitely feel it in my quads. My kids are also able to wear these, so they really are one size fits all.
