I really love these ankle weights. It is a good way to walk in. I love taking my dog for walks while you’re wearing these. They’re so easy to put on and they don’t come off at all. They’re easy to takeoff. I like the design the fabric I like that they’re 4 pounds and there is a good amount of weight for you to get a good leg workout. I will definitely recommend it

The weights are much heavier than you think they are! Great quality works perfectly- no need to buy expensive one. My ankles are a little smaller so they do tend to fall down, please keep that in mind!

I saw a very fit older lady at the gym with these on and she told me really liked these. I ordered them and I wore these to walk on the treadmill yesterday and I can already they are going to be helpful to tone my legs. Definitely recommend working your way up with these and not wearing them for too long at first. I plan to wear these for about 2 hours today. Listen to your body! Best of luck!

These were awesome when they worked. But after a couple of weeks, the Velcro ripped off of the weights.

Love these for walks or would the house but takes some getting used to. I recommend wearing long socks when using otherwise they can irritate your ankles when walking. Heavier than I was expecting but good for a little extra toning!

These are great in theory. However, they did not hold up to four times a week hot yoga. The sand packets break (tried two sets, both lasted a month or less) and then they leach iron and smell badly. If the packets were stronger they would be a win.

For the price you can’t beat this great workout accessory! I use for several different workouts and love the weights. Velcro is very strong and stays in place!

Helped up my home workouts, super easy to use, I feel an extra workout when going for a walk.

Ankle weights Velcro around ankle. 4 lb. Bought to add a bit of an extra work out when walking dog. After I got used to the weight, I don't even notice and feel like I could use even heavier. My one complaint is the size and Velcro. I have small ankles and it is hard to get these tight enough without sliding down and resting on my feet, and because I have to wrap so far around my ankle there is not a lot of contact with Velcro, and it has pulled loose when walking. Other than that issue, they are very nice. They would just fit and adhere better on thicker ankles.

These are great ankle weights, however, these are marketed for men and are $2 less than the the ones marketed for women, which weigh less. Make it make sense.

These work great to add a little extra challenge to a work out, or even just to wear around the house to tone up!
