Too short
These bands seem extremely short to be functional for all types of workouts (or heights?) Using the lightest band I could not get them to stretch higher than my waist.

Smell terrible
These worked well but I had to stop using them, they smell so strong that my hands smell like the rubber for hours after using them, no matter how many times I wash my hands. I even washed them with water and soap and it made no difference.

We are sorry to hear this. This item is made with 100% natural rubber, which can have a strong smell. We recommend wiping them down with 50/50 solution of water and vinegar and all to air dry for 24 hours.

These are exactly what I was looking for! the handles on my other set irritate my arms so I wanted flat ones to just hold on to. These are perfect! My kids even get in on workouts and use the light one. These are not meant to be tied around your legs so I wouldnt expect them to perform well that way.

Buy if you like to be annoyed and frustrated.
Like previous reviews, I do not recommend. Super annoying to keep band in place. The only time they stay in place is when you want to take the bands off and it gets stuck on your shoes. It’s the worst, bands roll up instantly. I have never found them to stay in place around my legs at thigh height. Have only used them at my ankle for kickbacks or exercises of the sort. I usually find myself slinging it across the room in frustration.
