Do not buy
Was not allowed to leave NO STARS. So here is my review : All resistance levels rolled up onto themselves and was useless for a workout.

Won't stay flat, waste of money
I’ve tried using twice above my knees to do clamshell stretches after hip surgery. The band constantly rolls up and is literally painful cutting into my skin. I donated them to my trash can.

whoops, i'm not the only person to have thought these were designed as connected/looped bands--they're not, they're flat strips of latex that you tie off yourself. i prefer the All In Motion Fabric Hip Band Kit to this set. i also noticed this listing's title ("Latex Resistance Bands, Medium to Heavy") on the app suggests only medium and heavy tensions are included, but I can confirm there's a light one in the box as well, plus the storage pouch.

Too Short
Bands are too short for a 5'7" person. I measured the light one to be 48". Also, no info on the amount of resistance for each band (i.e. 5 lbs., etc.) I will be returning these.

Solid bands
Nice set of versatile bands for stretching or exercising. I've used these for hamstring stretching and for shoulder rotation exercises, as well as some warm up seated rows. You can't go too intense on these things because they don't have handles, but they are a nice addition to my home gym. There are 3 resistances so you can switch them up depending on what you're doing.

Exercise bands
The all in motion premium flat band kit includes 3 bands of increasing resistance and 1 pouch for carrying/storage. I have never used fitness bands before so I have nothing to compare these to, but they seem to be high quality. I can definitely feel the difference in resistance between the 3 levels. Also, these won’t take up much space in your bag if you need to tote them around.

This all in motion premium flatbed kit with three bands, and one caring bag is a great deal. My husband and I use them when we are working out and exercising. It is also easy to use while we are just watching TV.

Premium flat band kit
The Premium flat band kit has different level of agility from light, medium, and heavy strength for stretch and resistance. I used them for my arms, back, and legs for toning muscle. The bands help to give me a good stretch.
