Great starter vest
Great vest, I've used it about 3x now for walking on the treadmill. It's not too heavy so a good starting vest for me (should be about 5-10% of your body weight). My only complaint is that the bottom portion of the weights (the ones that curve down to your sides from the front) irritate my arms as they swing back and forth while walking. I will try wearing a long sleeved shirt but I wonder if there's another vest style that wouldn't do this. If this vest included a second clip at the bottom front, this could keep the weights from sliding too much to the side.

Too big for small framed person
I liked the size, shape and weight, but it was too big for me. If it had a second strap at the bottom, I could have tightened it, but without that, it bounced on my back as I walked. I am typically a small or extra small size and am finding it hard to find any weighted vests that fit tight enough.

The vest arrived in just two days from the date it was ordered. It is of good quality, but it's a little cumbersome to put on and take off all by yourself. I know that it's "one size fits most", but I'm just a medium- sized guy and the vest seems really small. I made it work though, and it certainly does the intended job!

Great weighted vest for walking. I heard/read about all the benefits of rucking and this was my first little experiment into seeing if this was something I was going to enjoy. This vest is sort of an entry-level way into rucking. I’ve used it for about a month now on both treadmill and outdoor walks and I think it’s great. The straps do not dig in and I find it pretty comfortable. The weight is well distributed. I would not use it for running because with only one strap it’s gonna be moving around too much. I wish there was a 10 or 12 pound from this brand to step up. This is just about perfect, I would love this to have an extra front pocket that I’ve seen on some other vests to carry keys and phone, but otherwise this is a winner!
