A: Here are the actual dimensions and heights that I measured. The step is 26.5" x 10.75" and 3 7/8" tall. Each riser is 1 7/8" tall. 3 heights: 3 7/8", 5 3/4", and 7 5/8". Product description is wrong.

Step up!
Ive always wanted a step deck! This is a pretty good sized one. I have pretty big feet and i feel the deck of this is wide enough or deep enough to accommodate that. The white "supports" were super hard to get on. I am not sure if the holes just didnt align but my husband had to hit it pretty hard to get in there. The blue supports were really easy to get on but would separate if the deck was lifted. Made me a little nervous using it. All in all, it does its job and i use it on carpet so it doesnt move around.

Easy to assemble
This is a really sturdy product. My husband and I are both larger people, with him over 230 lbs and it doesn’t even flex under his weight. I love that you can adjust the height by removing the different colored legs. All levels have rubber grips on the bottom so it doesn’t matter what color goes where.

Great for beginners!
This is easy to adjust and easy to assemble and disassemble. It is stable and does not slide and is very sturdy. Over all height is fairly low so perfect for beginners. It is lightweight so super easy to travel with. It is made of a hard plastic so it wipes clean easily.

Love to use with home aerobic workout
I like that this stepper has 2 step adjusters so I can step at my preferred level. I like that this stepper is easy to adjust and put together. I like that this step is long and narrow to allow for double stepping and over stepping moves. I like to use this as incorporated in aerobics.

Good quality step deck for home exercising
Great step deck for exercising at home. It’s made of durable plastic, lightweight. It’s easy to put together and put away for storage. Three level of heights, which is simply adjustable by adding color block. I love use this step for cardio and stretching. Definitely recommend.

Loving this for home exercising. This was packaged so well, was easy to put together (no instruction needed) and is so lightweight! Colors are neutral to match any home workout area (if that matters to you). Very easy to integrate into your workouts and reasonable in price!

Great step
This step is very sturdy. It is a bit more compact than those in most gyms but that’s nice since it’s for the home. I love the adjustable height and the pieces that hide with in itself. The colors are also nice because they are dark, which means they will hide flaws.

Simple Adjustable Step Deck
This is your basic adjustable step deck for exercise. I use this step deck for cardio, basic strength training, as well as stretching. There are three step height levels which are adjusted by simply removing a piece on each side until desired height. There are two nonslip feet per piece, which helps to keep the step in place. I have not used the step on a sleek surface, only on exercise mats; I feel the step would stay in place. The top is intended to be a nonslip surface however, I felt it was still slippery with socks (I docked a star because of this). I’m a big fan of this brand and am happy to add it to my workout equipment collection.
