A nice weight for every day wear, but are a little bulky
These ankles weights have been great for me as a beginner. They aren't too heavy, but create just amount of resistance against gravity to help increase strength in my legs and hips. It has become very easy to remain sedentary and time is often limited, so these ankle weights have been incorporated into a quick, at home workout routine.

Great ankle weights
I bought these ankle weights for a online program that I was going to be doing. These are very comfortable to wear, the fabric is soft and the velcro works great.
These ankle weights are great for people who love to walk. I walk daily to get my exercise and I've been using the weights for a couple of weeks. They work really well. I definitely feel more of an effect from my workouts. They're super cute so and very comfortable to wear. I haven't had any issues with them bothering me. I definitely reccomend this product.
I highly recommend these All In Motion ankle weights. I especially like the attention to detail in the design. The fabric is very soft against your skin and also really pretty. My previous ankle weights were scratchy and very utilitarian looking. Ankle weights are such a great way to add a little extra to your workout.
These ankle weights are easy for me to put on by myself with velcro. The ankle weights are comfortable and stay in place. I like to wear them on my daily walk to add resistance and weight to my legs while walking.
Ankle weights that add an extra kick to your workout!
I'm adding these ankle weights to step up my workouts. So I have worn them on walks and a cardio dance workout. They were great on my walks. I could really feel the weight on my cardio workout but the bigger the burn the better the results right! The only reason I gave them four out of five stars was that every so often I find a little bit of sand coming out of them, I can't find any holes though. Overall, I am very pleased with these ankle weights!
These are a great addition to any work out. I can tell the difference when I take them off after doing some cardio. I like that these add a little more intensity. They are easy to put on too and adjust to fit around my ankles with Velcro. I’ve had no issue with them not staying on or in place. These fit nice and snug. Good quality too.
The ankle weights were easy to put on and stayed where I put them They added and an extra level of toughness to my pilates workout. They fit well on my small ankles and will fit in well with my other workouts.
At first I thought 2.5lbs wasn't much but I was definitely wrong. I can feel the difference when I go on runs. The material is soft and doesn't stick to my skin or make me feel overly sweaty. They adjust to several different sizes as well so my daughter and I can both use them with ease.
