I LOVE them, after you figure out the most comfortable place to wear them you get into a rhythm of wearing them and don't even notice they are there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i wear these every day for 2 hours in the morning before work on my walk for the past 3 years. they're incredible but you must wear high socks under them you can't put them over your ankles w/o socks so get some thin high socks and always wear them underneath.. best ankle bangles out there! very pricey but with it.. by far

They're so comfortable and are a great addition to my bodyweight workouts, like pilates and yoga, when I want an extra kick. The Soleil color is beautiful and I feel so happy when I wear them! :) The little pouch the Bangles come in is also really helpful. Quick tip - after wearing your Balas, make sure to clean them and let them air dry before storing them away so the velcro lasts longer!

Multiple and frequent uses and the velcro is holding strong. The ease and comfort of wrapping the weights around my ankles or wrists provides a challenging workout each time.
