I have used ankle weights in the past for the gym and they’ve been missing for 3 years now. I got a gift card for my birthday and decided to splurge on these for my ballet workouts and for walks. And honestly, they’re worth every penny. The only very minor complaint I have is the quality of the storage bag I was expecting to be a little nicer since they do cost more than other ankle weights. If you’re debating what weight to get, especially starting out, I would say 1lb if you’ll be focusing on arms and 2lbs if it’s for legs. If you’re looking to switch between arms and legs and only want to invest in one set, get the 1lb. The 1lb is still effective, but for me personally I barely noticed they’re there and felt zero resistance.

My bala bangles are a great challenge for my yoga and Pilates workouts. They’re comfortable and they seem to hold the elasticity very well so far.

This is so good for walking! The difference I felt was amazing. You can barely feel the weight when they are on your legs.

Very nice they feel sleek and smooth and come in a little zip case. The Velcro is strong I struggled to get it off because I didn’t realize how strong it was lol didn’t have a problem once I realized I need to like rip it off. These will be a great addition to my workouts.

I wish I would have thought about this purchase for more than 5 seconds. These are hard weights with no padding. They hurt and the weights slide around if you're doing a more rigorous workout. It's especially uncomfortable around my ankles where the weights press on my ankle bone. I do not recommend.

I would beware of this company's customer service policy or lack thereof. After receiving broken and/or faulty items, the company filed to make any resolution. I was offered no replacement for the item or the faulty pump, which hundreds of other reviewers have also complained about to the company. Unfortunately, I failed to see these reviews before purchasing this product. I was offered a "thank you" which they would bring to their design team. I don't know about you, but a thank you is not a viable resolution for a product that cannot be used. Beware of making purchase from a company that operates outside of the boundaries of "good faith". When one purchases close to 600.00 dollars from a company, you might expect support when a shipment of the product arrives with problems. Read the reviews!

Pretty color Great for barre or Pilates

The bangles are great. Fun color. Easy to use.

Great product especially if you have small wrist. Very well made does not slip or hurt. Would buy again. I got the pale blue and really like that color.

These are great! I wear them for arm workouts or during runs/walks! Just wish the price point was more affordable.

Beautiful pieces. I ended up returning them because the 3lb would have been too heavy for what I wanted to use them for.
