A: Each total ankle weight is up to 10 pounds, each individual weight that can be removed is 2 lbs. The smallest possible weight for one bands is 2 lbs.

10 lb each, not 20lb – Misleading
The product description states "20lb Pair", but these are 10lb each weighing 20lb for BOTH weights. I find this very misleading. Compared to other ankle weight brands at 5lb each, these are more than twice the size, so yes, they are a bit large and bulky. The label says the weights are "100% Steel"– I'm not sure. The individual weights are black plastic (like contractor bag) filled with what feels like sand. I'm not going to cut them open.

Good for the price.
These wights are 10lb weights per leg so they are going to be heavy and bulky. These work great for the exercises I wanted them for. The only thing I don’t like is that the loops for the straps are plastic.

These are very uncomfortable as ankle weights. They are too bulky and the material is very scratchy and rough against the skin. Returning them for a different brand.
