Great product. I bought the 30 and the 60. They both provide consistent force throughout their entire range of motion. The bands feel solid and well-built. I went to other stores today and tried out the more expensive bands, and these felt identical to those. Oh AND it comes with a door anchor, a simple and minimalist one that I actually really like the design of.

I got the light weight band and it works really well! The band is long enough for most typical resistance band exercises (I'm average height).

I am coming off of a TFCC terror and needed some kind of resistance to work on getting my strength back as well as working on my ligaments. This medium sized resistance band has become my new best friend while trying to recover from my injury. I’m really impressed with the quality of the band and also where you grip the band because it is solved yet not slippery.

Which for me and my husband is great but definitely more resistance than what I had thought it would be. We do a lot of at home work outs together and this is a nice versatile piece to have. We can keep it in our living room without it taking up too much space. The handles are super comfortable too!

The band comes with very specific and clear instructions to achieve a full body workout which is amazing. It also comes with an additional strap. I feel this will last for a long time. The quality itself seems great, and it came with a little booklet of suggested exercise exercises. It really is so versatile! I imagine it would not be much of a workout, but I got a heavier weight and I think that really does help. It is difficult to do curls with this, and I did arm extensions as well and could feel it the following day. I'm excited to be able to use this around the house, especially because my kids like to pick up and drop my heavy free weights. This also will be great for taking on vacation.

The durability thus far is great and I enjoy bands due to the diversity they allow For workouts without taking up much of any space. Whether that’s traveling or working out from home. It’s a brand that is more commonly heard compared to other bands I’ve come across.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice resistance band. I own other items from this brand and I’ve been pleased with them all. The handles on this band were large enough for me, and very comfortable. I have the heavy resistance here and I like to wrap it around the pole in my basement to do chest flys or rows with it. The rubber is good quality and doesn’t feel cheap at all. It’s lightweight and easy to pack in a gym bag.

The Medium (green) has a lot of resistance compared to a previous medium band from another company. Feels more like a heavy band.

The strench and resistance seems just right for a medium strength weight band. The handles are comfortable and making pulling it easy. I like that the band itself had a nice comforter coating on it for when I use my foot to hold it for resistance. The color is nice neutral color which matches our other gym equipment.

I am someone who does a lot of yoga, mat pilates and barre and these are high quality resistance bands that work really well. It’s great for someone who doesn’t want heavy weights in their home and want to still do resistance training. The foam rollers prevents calluses on the hands. Very versatile tool and can be used for different excercises.
