Gaiam Studio Select 3-in-1 Resistance Tube

I used to use it at my gym at work ever since Covid. I haven’t gotten back to the gym and now I don’t have to because I can do this at my home whenever I need to This came with three resistant bands one is medium. One is heavy and the other is ultra heavy resistant definitely recommend for a busy working, Mom.

The handles are sturdy and can be used by small and large hands alike without any issue. This set contains medium, heavy, and extra heavy resistance which is perfect for an at home workout in confined space with limited equipment. I really like to use these bands by curling them while tucked underneath my feet.

That said it is actually the perfect length to do bicep curls, hammer curls, bend over rows, pretty much any exercise that you would stand on the bottom for without having the grab below the handles or wrap around your wrist. For reference I am about 5ft2in. The ability to adjust resistance is great too to help level up or down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to add resistance training to my cardio only routine for a while now but just haven’t really looked into products and exercises. I came across this product and thought it would be a good piece of workout equipment to have. It even came with some starter exercises. The bands are sturdy and so easy to clip and unclip to adjust the resistance. I’m still learning the ropes (literally) but like it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful addition to my family’s home gym! It comes in a very nice and sturdy box that shows several examples of how to use it. I like that the set of three resistance tubes come with a Velcro strap so you can keep the two that you aren’t using in one convenient location. The attachments are a little bit resistant themselves and switching between the tubes is hard but I like that they aren’t so easy to change that you run the risk of it popping out when you’re mid-stretch. I’ve used these for a few workout sessions and they feel solid. It’s nice to have three different resistance settings so there’s a good fit for different people and different stages of your fitness journey.

So this was a great alternative that I can have in a small space and it can be adjusted based on all athletic needs. It comes with a couple of different exercises. You can use along with three different types of bands to adjust the resistance. Overall, I thought it was a great price for what you’re getting and being able to modify is fantastic.

I like having the choice of three different resistances and being able to switch them out depending on the exercise. It's a little hard to get them to click into the handles via the carabiner thing. The three bands are medium, heavy, and ultra heavy and it says what they are on the ends of the bands. I definitely recommend.

It is just as described online, with easy transition from medium, heavy, and ultra heavy resistance. The cord seems durable yet practical. I like that I can choose a resistance to use and easily store the other two cords with the provided Velcro strap. Each cord is clearly labeled with the resistance strength. I would recommend. I am skeptical that the clip used to secure the cords will hold up over time, as it feels like flimsy plastic, but I have not had an issue with it so far. I am 5’7 and these cords work well with my height. I love that it comes with an exercise guide that suggests workouts and shows appropriate use.
