I like the fact that you don’t need a bunch of weights and bars to swap out.

A good workout for at home or travel. The price keeps going up on these. So not cheap. Gofit is a good quality product

I took to using these bands when I took a trip. I didn’t want to stop the progress I made in the gym. Although I’ve used weights for years, I was IMPRESSED. They are a great workout.

This is wonderful product to substitute the real gym workout during the pandemic of 2020 and into 2021. There are so many variations of use to simulate the weight machines, beyond the booklet and film that comes with the kit. I don't use the door for support and have clamped the door support strap high around a column in my basement and made another strap attached low with pipe clamps that allow for easier and quicker exchange between the 2 positions. Great workout and thanks for a wonderful product. I just brought another one for my son. Kudos to GoFit

RIVALS A BRICK AND MORTAR GYM I bought the Ultimate Gym before I joined a real gym. Because of Covid, I no longer feel safe in a gym and I went back to the Ultimate Gym pack. I don't know why I ever joined a brick and mortar gym when I had the Ultimate Gym. I can do a wide variety of exercises that mimic the exercises I did at the brick and mortar gym. The resistance tubes are very sturdy. (I bought another brand and a tube broke the first time I used it.) GoFit products are competitively priced and worth the money.

Very affordable home workout equipment. Takes up no room.

These were referred to me from my BOD coach, and I use them almost daily, of course, depending which workout of the day I am tackling that morning :)

I like this product and the way that it is made. It works the muscles well and it is just what I needed.

I really like this set! One things wish it had is a more detailed instruction booklet and/or poster that includes the muscle groups worked for each exercise. I had to dig out the BluRay player to watch the video. We rarely watch DVDs or BluRay discs anymore since so much is digital. It would also be great if there were 2 door anchors so I didn't have to constantly change them. Otherwise, it's a great set and well made. I'm happy witty the purchase and the price!

I am the Southeast Regional Manager for my Company, which means I travel. ALOT! When I first saw the reviews on this, I thought that it was such a great idea for me because I do not always have a gym to work out in. I purchased the ProGym and swear by it to everyone I know that works out. It doesnt matter if you travel or not-this is a great product to have home with you. I really enjoy how versatile it is when it comes to the resistance, because when I started out at first I was at the 20lb but I could move up when the timing was right.

A really good value, but like gym memberships, you have to use it to get any benefit. Really easy to use with the helpful dvd. You really don't have to know anything to put it to work. Versatile. Improves lots of muscle groups. But i don't use it nearly often enough. It needs a secret alarm that you can't turn off that goes off at random times to remind you. .....

Bands have worked as expected. None of them have failed.

I love this product. It does not feel flimsy at all- the handles and cables are top quality. I travel for work and have this in my bag every trip. If you don't always have access to a gym, this is a great product to have. The adjustable resistance also lets you add serious weight instead of the usual light/medium/hard options

Well made and exactly as described. I was a little wary from the reviews but I find the quality to be excellent and it has everything I need to workout.

This was the best investment that I have ever made when it comes to fitness equipment. This summer my child is home from school and the gym on campus doesn't have drop-in care....I didn't want to stop lifting for three months and I didn't want to buy expensive dumbbells that take up space.The resistance bands are the perfect complement to body-weight workouts. Despite fitness claims that it is hard to build muscle with bands, I would argue otherwise. The tension and free motion of the bands has significantly increased my muscle mass and strength.The 20-pound weight is ideal for flyes. The bands can be combined to create further resistance as you build up to it! The bands themselves are incredibly durable. I'm not worried about them snapping.I haven't looked at the DVD yet...and probably won't because I have my own workouts.I can't think of anything bad about these resistance bands.

these are great to keep active while traveling. I also keep them around the house and can use them while watching tv or doing other passive activities around the house. They seem to be well made.

Sturdy, padded handles make it safe and comfortable to use. Large yet light metal clips make it easy to change bands. Door anchor attaches securely, easily, and harmlessly. Comes with handy carrying pouch with drawstring, and even has a video showing exercise possibilities. Never used the ankle strap. Much better than buying different exercise cords separately, IMO. I liked mine so much I ordered a second one for my dad.

Very easy to use anywhere. On a door that opens in, just put the little part covered with the woven nylon and is the size of a spool of thread inside the door jam and pull the door closed. The spool has a sturdy woven nylon strap that comes out between the door and the jam to adjust to the height of the exercises whether shoulder high or ankle high. The other end is sewn like the end of a woven nylon dog leash where you hold it in your hand and colored bands just slide through. All of the handles are made of the same woven nylon and connect to the colored exercise bands. I do not use a closet door or door handle because they open out. A bedroom door or bathroom door will not have any extra stress when you use the spool in the jam and no damage will occur to the finish on your door.
