Q: Cant find any YouTube videos for beginners using this product? Would be more inclined to buy if can learn correct exercises to do.
A: I did download the app and can't find any videos on how to use these bands either.

submitted byBlogilates Product Expert - 2 years agoBrand expertA: I use these and have been for yrs. I screw rubber coated hooks into one of my door frames at different heights. You can get almost any workout you want. Use a short shower curtain rod with it also.

A: Hello! The weights for each band with handles individually are approximately 0.24 pounds for the Light Band, 0.29 pounds for the Medium Band, and 0.33 pounds for the Heavy Band.

Q: I have the three pack resistance bands with handles. The packaging indicates that they are light, medium, and heavy , however, I would like to know what the weight resistance is for each one ? Thank you.
