I am a nurse by trade and recently tore both meniscus and my ACL in my left knee. I have been recuperating and attending physical therapy. In PT, I have been using elastic bands that the therapist ties around my knees before I do side steps. I recently purchased the loop bands from your company, and have been incorporating those into my work out. They are exceptional! Great product.

So far these seem like they will work well to accompany basic workout moves. They are a bit small though, so unless you are on the thinner side I'd consider finding something else. There is also a noticeable chemical smell when they first come out of the packaging. I'm hoping airing them out for a while will help. Besides that, they seem durable and the colors are super cute.
