This yoga mat is thick enough that you can’t feel the floor underneath your body when you are trying to do Pilates! It cushions your knee, spine, and other joints when you are doing long held positions. The matte surface is just sticky enough that you won’t slip and slide while holding awkward poses. It is economically priced, and a great value, overall!

This was advertised as a yoga mat, but it is not appropriate for this use. The bottom of the mat is completely smooth and gets no traction on a hard surface. It moves all over the place if you are moving on it - not safe. Would be suitable as a surface if you are doing crunches of something like that.

I like that it’s a thick mat. I dislike that it rips easily and slippery. I bought it a month ago and I’m going to have to buy another one because it’s falling apart. It’s perfect if you aren’t doing hard core workouts! A great mat but not for me!

This mat is so nice under my feet and body! It feels just like those memory foam kitchen mats. I got the blue color and it looks lovely with my navy blue living room. I usually use it on my living room rug and I haven’t had any issues with sliding, ripping, or peeling. Some people have complained about a smell but I can’t smell anything unless I put my nose right on it. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had this mat for a year and it’s awesome. I have hardwood floors so I bought this for yoga and it’s lived through both my toddler and I. It can take a sanitizing wipe well and hasn’t lost its elasticity or cushioning one bit. Highly recommend!
