So easy to use on any part of your own body. Have had tension in my neck that I haven’t been able to relieve in months, one session with the theragun and I can actually turn my neck. I’m sure it’s not healed yet but I am very pleased with this purchase. Cheaper than getting multiple massages and you can direct it wherever you need it. All three attachments feel great. At the sale price this kind of felt like a steal. Did have trouble purchasing in store, could not find anyone to unlock the case so finally ordered it for shipping instead.

Great for pre and post workout
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love using the theragun after tough workouts. I’ve noticed a massive decrease in soreness when I use the massage gun post workout compared to when I don’t! It has multiple levels of strength and different tips to use so you can really customize the gun to your body. The app also has examples and routines to help different issues, I tried the one for run recovery and strength training and they’ve helped a lot!

Fantastic massage device

I previously had a knock off and while it was fine, this Theragun blows it out of the water! I had no idea what I was missing until I tried the real deal. I work at a computer all day so I tend to get some tightness around my upper back and shoulders. The Theragun completely melts it away. The best part the the triangular handle. Since there’s multiple ways to hold onto it, I never need to ask my husband for help reaching the awkward spots.

Recovery Relief Staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to get the theragun relief for free for testing purposes! I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has quickly become a staple in my recovery program. It’s super easy to hold and use on myself and I like that I have three speeds I can choose from. It’s not too loud either which is a plus. I mostly use it on my legs, lower back and shoulder area post workout. It’s nice it comes with the different attachments but I will say it can be a little hard to change them although that could just be user error. As for packaging my theragun came boxed super secure with some helpful tips. Also loved a QR code was included so I could quickly and easily download the app which has a lot of great and helpful videos. If you were on the fence about buying this product, you should definitely buy it because it is so worth it and helpful to every day life. I would 100% recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little Theragun Relief is ok. It has 3 speeds and the controls are easy and intuitive to use. One button, hold to turn on and off, click to switch speeds. I like that it uses a USB-C for charging. It also comes with 3 attachments, ball, dampener, and thumb. This would be good for an elderly person before the motor is not too powerful so it is lighter and easier to manage. I also own a Theragun Pro and that is almost too powerful but it definitely massages but you have to be careful using it or you can hurt yourself. Plus the Pro is much heavier because of the battery pack.
