    This little ball has helped so much. I love that I can work it into my muscles, and that it acts like a massager, and an ice pack. As someone with tendon issues, this ball has helped me out alot more then I would have thought.

    I love the idea of this roller, the practicality needs some work. the ball is in a holder & my skin gets pinched WAY more than I'd like. I cant keep grasp of the holder, either. cant put it on the floor and work with it. good that it freezes but heat would be better.

    Best replacement for Ice!

    I absolutely love this item. I purchased it because I am constantly needing to ice my head and neck. I suffer from bad migraines and neck pain and this baby has helps a lot. It replaces my ice, that leaks and/or melts too quickly. I can’t take ice on the go. You can take this on the go and you don’t even have to refrigerate it. It’s always ice cold. If this came with it’s on cap for travel, it would be 100% better and I’d give it ten stars. I still love this and recommend it.

    Seems to do something!

    Really like this! I got it on sale for just over $6, which is even better. I had been using giant drink ice cube to roll under my eyes. This is the much better option! Ha! I did wash it and put it in the freezer and it froze in place a bit. It was fine after that and now I clean it was alcohol. Maybe it’s supposed to go in the fridge and not the freezer? Either way, I like it. It minimally helps my eyes and face feel refreshed in the morning.

    Can not go wrong for the price

    Bought for my husband who has back issues from flying. He loves it but I also have it a try on my upper back, buy it! I’m a high school math teacher and constantly spend long periods of time with my head looking down grading papers. I’ve used this a few times now to help in between PT visits and it helps with tension in my upper trap.     Perfect for soothing facial pain

    Got this to help smooth neuropathic facial pain and TMJ and it’s better than ice packs and coke cans for sure.. I use it all over my face jaw and neck for temporary relief .. I keep one in the freezer and another in my bag on the go. Have to keep cleaning it but that’s understandable given all my face creams and makeup

    This is a really good product. Gets nice and cold in the freezer. Only issue I have is that the ball gets stuck sometimes and the entire thing rolls with your foot. But being that it’s textured it’s actually not a bad thing.
