Helped with headache but stopped charging after one use
The device in concept is great, and the user interface in the therabody app is intuitive and easy to pair with. However, the device began having issues charging after it’s first use, and the battery life was far less than stated. I waited for the second GEN to purchase after seeing the issues with the first generation and it’s charging. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I’m used to far better quality from therabody. Pros to this device over devices that are purchased from TikTok or Temu include. It does have a facial heat sensor to help prevent rapid heating that could result in ocular burns. It does have deep compression features that help with tension, headaches, and sinus headaches and it has different programs that can run in the evening or afternoon when you’re wanting to unwind and possibly take a nap or go to sleep. My ophthalmologist had recommended this type of technology to help with ocular strain caused by trigeminal dysphoria. Given the results, I think we’re gonna have to go back to the drawing board. To his credit, he did not specifically pointed me to this brand. He just told me what features to look for. While I hope this product will have a better charging capabilities in the future and will hold a charge longer, at this price point, I cannot justify keeping a device that does not function properly.

It has a nice weight to it and there are multiple functions you can use to relax after a long day. You pair it with the app and can select a function which comes with very relaxing sound to help you unwind and meditate. It gently massages and warms so you can feel your tension just melt away. I’m so happy I was able to try this.

Relaxed in 20 mins or less!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! As a mom of 2 young kids, I try to squeeze in a time to relax when I can. These allow me to relax in 20 mins or less. Massage, vibration, and heat therapy are all wrapped up into one. Setup was easy to follow, and you can watch a couple of videos explaining all the features. Easy to operate with 3 preset modes, as well as vibration and heat mode buttons. Each mode is 15 minutes with different settings. Relax with a pulse vibration and low heat. It also uses massage and compression on your face in different spots. Headache and Eye Strain with wave vibration and medium heat. Sleep with low vibration and a temple massage. Of course, you can change vibration and heat with each preset as well. I love the presets, but using the app takes it to another level. A wide variety of routines that you can even select by benefit, genre, or length of the routine. Categories like: Focus, Mediation, Travel Decompress, Relax and Stress Reduction, Soft Background, Restful Sleep, and Soundscapes. I love the addition of having music or soundscapes playing while using the SmartGoggles. The sound bath and light rain routines are a couple of my favorites. I really enjoy the compression massage across my face. Spots I never knew held tension, now are starting to relax. A couple of things that I was slightly disappointed in. The weight of the goggles is on the heavier side, I don't mind it much though since I lay down when using them. There are some light leaks under the nose, which doesn't make them 100% blackout, but I typically have my eyes closed so it doesn't bother me. I do feel like the band on the goggles could be adjusted a little bit bigger. My husband has a large head and he struggles to wear these comfortably. Overall, not big issues, just things that I noticed.

So relaxing after a long day staring at the comput
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These smart googles are perfect when your eyes are tired and you're ready to relax for the night. I wouldn't recommend using them when you have a headache because they will feel too tight on your head but they are awesome for tired eyes. It applies pressure near your temples. You can change the settings including heat and vibration. Also works with an app that plays music and has automatic programing. I like to use them after a long day staring at the computer.

Great for relaxation and stress relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Therabody SmartGoggles and was amazed from the first use. The goggles had some charge right out of the box, so I adjusted the head strap and tried them right away. The goggles themselves are a bit bulky, but aren’t heavy. I was able to easily adjust the head strap to comfortably fit my head. I found that it’s best for me to have the goggles on snug, but not tight. The goggles also have decent padding and the ability to block out the light. The SmartGoggles came with a power cord and a travel pouch. I like to use the travel pouch to store the goggles when not in use. Before I used the goggles, I downloaded the Therabody app as recommended on the box. You can power the goggles on using the power button and use on the general setting or you can use of the many relaxation sessions shown on the app. The sessions on the app also have relaxation sounds, which help me to feel even more relaxed. There’s also manual buttons on the goggles themselves to increase or lessen the heating and vibrating functions. I work from home and stare at a computer for 8+ hours a day. Since using the Therabody SmartGoggles, I’ve found that they really help to calm my eyes and relax my mind. I also have trouble sleeping and will sometimes use these goggles before bed. The sleep preparation and meditation sessions on the app really help to ensure that I clear my mind and have restful sleep. Using the goggles is truly like a firm, but relaxing head massage. One small drawback is that you can’t tell how much charge is left directly on the goggles. The app shows how much battery is left, but seeing this on the goggles themselves would be nice. Overall, the Therabody SmartGoggles are a true game changer when it comes to at home relaxation.

Worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nothing but great things to say about this Theragun Smart Goggles. The day I received this I was suffering with a tension headache. As someone who regularly suffers with headaches and recently migraines this product worked so well. After using them on the headache setting I was able to go about my evening as usual rather than going to sleep early. The goggles have an adjustable strap and easy to use on/off button. The price is steep but the payoff may be worth it.

Missed the mark
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I wanted to like these so much. As soon as I got them tried them on. Wasn’t the best impression so I thought, well I’ll wait for a headache. That’ll be a real test. Behold, more disappointment unfortunately. So here is my breakdown. Comfort: Average. Not too heavy and leather mask sits nice in the face. I would give this 4 stars. Usage: You turn it on to multiple settings. Starts with everything. At first it seems pretty decent. Then the vibration hits. Maybe to some it would be soothing, but on first try gave me a headache and with a headache it amplified it to where I had to take it off. Turn off vibrations and wow, significantly better. I can say the temple massage is incredible. Gently squeezing and relaxing. This is where it’s at. Finally the forehead rollers. Maybe it was just mine, but I had my left side pushing hard and my right side weak. So why is this important. Well after a little use, you really start to notice only one side of your head getting this tapping sensation. It is quite uncomfortable and made me start losing my mind until I turned that off. So what did that leave me with, a mask where all settings except temple massage is turned off. I also have a 50 dollar amazon one. Although does not do the temple massage, it provides 100% more relaxation. I’ve fell asleep in it before. So would I recommend this smart mask. Not this time. Could they fix these issues and make a great product, absolutely.

Best product I’ve received
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this right after I had my second baby and let me tell you, it is absolutely wonderful. I use it a few minutes each day, sometimes before bed to help me get to sleep, and other times throughout the day to help me relax and find peace. My husband frequently uses it too. The battery lasts a while. The vibration settings are perfect for when I have a migraine. And the fit is adjustable so it can be snug without being tight. 100/10

Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of these for relaxing but the fit is not great for me. You want the strap tight to feel the pressure but then it slips down off my head. Otherwise it’s great.

Relaxing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve enjoyed using these smart goggles. I do wish the pressure was a bit harder, as I already have it as tight as it’ll go. I find it very relaxing while using, and afterwards I do feel less tension in my face. Battery life has been great, and it comes with a charging cord and little case to carry it in. I do think it’s a bit over priced for what you get, but I am enjoying it!

Genius!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you get occasional migraines (not daily chronic ones) like me, and you’re looking for something to help early warning signs like temple tension or eye strain before things escalate, I think the SmartGoggles make a good addition to your “medicine” cabinet. My husband loves using these goggles as part of a “wind-down” routine after staring at screens all day for work.

Great for headaches or sleepless nights!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are awesome for when I can’t fall asleep or when I have a headache. The massage and heat feature is awesome!! Only issue is that the light that comes from the bpm sensor can be distracting when I want it to be dark or am trying to sleep with them on. Highly recommend!

Ah may zing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this. I loved it so much. The straps are adjustable, it has a travel pouch with a charging cord, and there are three different settings for vibration and heat. I’ve tried to use it multiple times, so I have a good baseline, but my problem is I fall asleep within a few minutes and I wake up to it completely off over 15 minutes later. It is a 15 minute time to use the product before it turns off. It helped with tension headaches and it’s completely light blocking. Perfect.

Almost perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say this gadget is almost perfect! And I actually have a much cheaper eye massager mask from another brand, that I was able to compare the Therabody smart goggles, to. And honestly, the cheap no name brand doesn’t even compare. The Therabody mask is superior in that it has two levels for heat. And the cushioning around your face is wonderful. There are three different massage options. And I like that the buttons are at the top of the goggles rather than the side. Which allows me to lay on my side and fall asleep, if I don’t fall asleep laying face up. Some people mentioned that these goggles made it difficult for them to fall asleep with and I very much disagree. I find them very comfortable and laying on my side was not a problem. Also, the light droning noise from the massaging mechanism does not bother me whatsoever. I don’t know why some people expected it to be completely silent, and are bothered by the noise. But compared to the cheaper brand I also have, the noise on the smart goggles is minimal And almost relaxing. The only negatives I would say about these goggles is that there is a sensor on the interior that when the cushioning touches your face, the sensor triggers a red light that you can kind of see in your peripheral vision in a completely dark room. And in the beginning that kind of bothered me. It doesn’t matter if your eyes are closed because the red light is bright enough that you can still kind of see it. That sensor connects to an app that tracks your heart rate. That is the other negative. I don’t really find the app necessary, but some people find it useful to pre-program different massages. The app also has different Sounds like white noise, rain and music to use in conjunction with the goggles. However, These goggles don’t have a speaker in them. So you are going to need earbuds to fully experience the sounds from the app while you’re using the goggles. A lot of people find this inconvenient. For me, it doesn’t really matter because I don’t use the app. And I don’t tend to use my earbuds when I’m using the goggles because I am just trying to use the massage part, and fall asleep. I don’t need the immersive experience of sounds/music during the massages. I feel like the goggles could’ve skipped the heart rate sensor and added a speaker instead. I really do like these goggles and they have helped me relax, sleep and help get rid of headaches. The heat option is my favorite part. Love the storage case too.

Wonderful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant at first, wondering how an eye massager would be able to help me sleep as an insomniac but I was pleasantly surprised that it helped me fall asleep within half an hour of using it. It fits pretty comfortably on the face.

Night time ritual!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a light sleeper, and I often wake up in the middle of the night with eye pain or a headache. I usually end up massaging my eye area once or twice. But ever since I started using this device, I’ve been sleeping through the night so well — it’s amazing! It has three modes: Sleep Mode, Headache Mode, and Concentration Mode. I’m not sure about the concentration mode yet, but the sleep and headache modes definitely work for me. During the day, when I get headaches, I use this device for about 10–15 minutes. My headache goes away without any medicine! One feature I really like is the massage mode without vibration. The device gently heats up and applies pressure to my face, helping to release facial tension and stress. A few downsides, though: • The device has a rubbery, plastic smell that doesn’t go away, even after leaving it out for a while. It sometimes makes me sneeze when I use it. • When I use the vibration mode, it tends to slide down no matter how tightly I adjust the headband. If I’m lying down, I need to use a high pillow to keep it in place or hold it by hand. Overall, despite these small issues, this device has become part of my nightly routine — and it really helps me rest better.
