The vibration and heat feels nice snd I like that you can customize it to your needs, but it’s a little confusing at first (the booklet is soooo long, over 200 pages). I was so excited to use this with the app, but it just isn’t great. I personally don’t love the pre-made routines they have available.

I have headaches constantly from either sinus or stress or migraine and what a great item to have. I tried it out last night before I went to bed and the massage relaxed me to the point, I removed them, put them on the side and went to sleep. You won’t be disappointed. I recommended to anyone that’s looking for relief from headaches to just unwinding before going to bed.

I suffer from anxiety and headaches and one session with these gave me peace and relaxation. They are easily adjustable and are well made. The battery came nearly charged and had no significant drop in my session. Will look forward to using these.

Also there is an app to download and they have relaxation sounds on it. It seems very durable. It is black out and messages and heats feels very good.

The mix of massage, light pressure, and preset “moods” in the app makes it easy to pick a routine that matches how you’re feeling, whether that’s winding down for sleep or just taking a quick break. I’m curious to see how they’ll work when I have a headache. There are a few things I wish were different. The goggles only work through the phone app, so you can’t just turn them on and use them independently. The audio also plays from your phone, not the goggles, which takes away from the immersive feel. The heat function is nice, but it doesn’t get very warm, so it’s not super helpful if you’re hoping for relief from dry eyes (and it’s not designed for that!) They’re a great luxurious tool for relaxation, but I think future versions could improve by adding built-in sound, and more standalone usability.

Love these goggles. I do not have trouble falling asleep or relaxing but these goggles put me right to sleep. I do wish you could adjust the pressure. I have not used the app because you can use them without it. Some reviewers mentioned the noise but I find the sounds to be rhythmic and soothing. I bought these for my husband but steal them all the time.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas. She loved the functions however she apparently has a head that is too large for comfort. She’s not overweight, but she is tall for a woman at 5’10”. Since these are unisex goggles this shouldn’t matter, but the massagers were almost in her eyes. Otherwise we would have kept them.
