I definitely like this roller. I can use it for a variety of exercises when on my mat. I use it for legs. I use it to put my feet on it and do some hip thrust. I really recommend this. It’s very versatile. It is pricey, but it is worth the money if you want to work out at home this is an amazing addition to weights. I will definitely give this to a friend that I really care about.

Way too firm. It hurts ! And like not in a good way. Had to return.

I like how sturdy this roller is and it was reasonably priced as well, I use this to take the tension off my back and it feels amazing! I also like the little bit of texture it has to keep me in place.

We purchased this because our old foam roller that we’ve been purchasing gives out after a few weeks so we’ve literally been buying a new one each month which adds up. We finally decided to try a new one and came across this one. While I can’t say how long it lasts, I will say that it is amazing! The firmness is perfect for cracking and stretching your back. Not much pressure is needed and it takes less time to get the job done than our other one. I wish they made it in a longer version. I highly recommend!

This roller is amazing for post- workout recovery. The size is perfect for using on your legs. It hurts yet feels amazing on sore leg muscles. There are many videos online that show you how to use it effectively. A must have for anyone who works out.

Used this to help with my tense muscles. Have found it helpful woth my kegs are upper arms. Have used the textured (lumpy) ones in the past and that kind seems to work better on my back. I think i prefer the other kind of foam roller

The High-Density foam roller is amazing. Its the perfect size and helps relieves the pressure on my back. Its great for workouts and also post workout. I live to just lean back on it as its placed in different areas of my spine. The gentle stretch is definitely a relief.

I am new to using a foam roller and have been liking it a lot. This roller has been great for soothing and stretching out my muscles, I like that it is stiff and can support my weight and holds its shape. This size is large enough for me to use along my back and it really helps. I sit at a desk a lot and from having kids my back is constantly sore, this is defiantly helping, Added bonus its easy to store away.

Sturdy product but very light weight. I was surprised just how durable and how well it held up to working different muscle groups considering how light it was. Very easy to store and easy to transport due to weight.

Excellent quality and good size roller. This is definitely high density— if you haven’t used a roller before, take it easy getting started. I like the firmness and size of the roll. It is pretty thick diameter so it’s great for legs and back but not as good for arms, side, and lower back since it’s so big. I use it a lot for neck stretching! Good product for a good price.

This is a great tool for sore muscles. I have a condition that makes stretching not really useful for getting to those super sore muscles. I love having a foam roller as an option now when these muscles get sore so I can access them easily. I also find this size to be greatly portable. I'm for sure going to bring this along to PT to have my therapist help direct me in using it even more efficiently. The color and density are great as well. The material is smooth and doesn't have that "pool noodle" feel to it, so I know that it will not pick up the dog hair as much as that material.
