36" Foam Roller - Beige - All In Motion™: EPE Material, Whole Body Use

This is supposed to be medium soft but in my opinion, it is very firm. Don't order it if you're expecting some give out of it.

Stick with regular foam. This product gets compressed and deformed within a couple weeks of regular use. I've attached photos it it vs my traditional foam roller.

It is fine if you want to lay on it to stretch or do yoga, but it is way to firm if you want to roll out muscles. Oddly, it also bends out of shape easily. I am not sure how they managed that combination, but they did.

I have never written a review on Target but I feel obligated to say that this roller is terrible. The older reviews seem to be higher rated than the new reviews. Maybe they’re using a cheaper material now. It was bent when I got it on my drive up order. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home. I tried to straighten it out, but it’s very lumpy and curved like a C. Returning this…

great roller at a great price. this roller is not too hard and not to soft.

I debated in the store on this roller because I knew it would not be good. I’m a former trainer and needed a long roller now that I’ve switched to peloton workouts. This product is plain awful. The fact that it can’t stand up straight, should’ve been the indicator but once you try to use it, it is not functional. It is not a complete cylinder which means it does not roll. Its diameter is too small and not smooth enough to move on the surface of a yoga mat. Although I was looking for a softer density, it is way too soft to make any difference. Do not buy.!! I am shocked. Target would allow such a poor quality item in their fitness section. Disappointed and returning

The foam lost its shape after a few uses. It can’t be used anymore because it doesn’t roll smoothly anymore.

The All in Motion 36 inch Foam Roller is a medium soft foam. It is easy to use and at 36 inches (3 ft long) it can be used for your whole body. This is made for massaging muscles - stiffness after exercising, or just during your post-workout recovery. This is great for large muscle groups and for beginners just starting out using a foam roller. Overall, this was very easy to use and really is beginner-friendly. You really get a good massage on your larger muscle groups but honestly, I ended up using it for the whole body as it was so easy to use after working out. I would also use this on days when I felt extra stiff in areas. I like that this foam roller is a tad softer than another I tried - the really hard foam one's are not fun to use.

I love this roller. I’m just getting into working out and I have found the typical foam rollers extremely painful (which I guess is normal?). This one is just slightly softer than the others I have tried, which makes it better for beginners and wimps like me. And it’s wide so I don’t fall off when I’m rolling out my hamstrings. The give probably means that it won’t last as long (maybe it will compress over time) but it is exactly what I was looking for at this point in my fitness journey.

I love the length of this foam roller. I don't feel like I am falling off the sides as I use this longer roller. It really helps after long workouts or to really work through muscle soreness. It has also withstood being used as a toy by my kids with very minimal damage. It is a great addition to my stretching days.

This is so nice and sleek! I love the neutral color and it was a great way to add to my workout collection that I should get to using more often than already do! I think it will help me feel better about it!

Foam rollers are the best! This one is great and I’m able to use it for different areas. I recently hurt my knee breaking in new shoes, but this foam roller helped me recover. Just strained it a little so the foam roller was the perfect help in my recovery.

The 36" length says it is ideal for total body work. I get that because when working a large muscle group I'm not worried about falling off of it. The softness is medium as advertised. They say that's good for beginners.

This lightweight roller does the job. It is a medium soft and still works out some kinks if you know how to use it properly. It is a great roller for a beginner and so easy to look up videos on various stretches to loosen you up. It is a neutral color and easy to store on it's side or upright

A great 36 inch foam roller. It is more hard-medium than soft as described. Perfect for rolling out large muscle groups. We use this everyday after the gym! Unfortunately shipping packaging is not the best so arrived with dents.
