This is my first time using a product like this and I'm really enjoying it! I've used it to help with tight muscles in my back and shoulders as well as my calves. It's very firm and the grooves/waves won't be easily damaged by the pets or the kids, lol. Helps to give yourself a nice consistent cool down massage or just when you need a little extra TLC on those muscles.

Great Roller
This is a handy roller to keep around. It’s not too big or too little so its perfect to store away. I use this a lot on my legs and calves and the groves on this hit perfectly to help massage my muscles.

Not a fan
I am not a fan. I have lower back problems so I was really hoping to get some relief. While it didn't make anything feel worse, it didn't make my back feel better. When I layed down my upper back instantly started cracking. I slowly rolled down to my lower back and it was very uncomfortable. I would not use this again. It's hard and uncomfortable to me.

This deep tissue foam roller is perfect for my back. I started using it on my back and legs and it really helps to relieve muscle tension and the product is very lightweight. Super easy to use and perfect to use before and after workouts I really love that it is made out of very durable foam.

Great for tension
I found this foam roller to be a little stiff. It took a little bit to get used to how stiff it is. This was a great size for me to roll around on and relieve some tension but it was not quite wide enough for my husband.

Love how big it is with the waves on it, really great for working bigger muscle groups. The color is really cute too so it doesn't look like an eye sore if I leave it out. I think it's the perfect size for what I need it for.
