This is a great compact foam roller. Small enough to toss in a suitcase to take along but firm enough to get the job done. This has been a perfect size for me at 5’2”. Definitely recommend grabbing one!

Good quality foam roller to add to your home gym. The foam roller helps with my back problems and is great to stretch out after a workout. The roller is small and doesn't take up a lot of space in the gym.

I’ve been suffering from tight calves and rolling them out every evening with this foam roller has really been helping. It’s stiff and textured so I feel like it’s really getting into the muscle and doing what I need it to do. Which is relax them.

Not too hard, not too soft, and NO trigger points, which can make foam rolling torturous (in my opinion).

This foam roller is a must for anyone who works out. What I love about this All In Motion foam roller is the size - its 18 inches which is the perfect size for rolling my legs, upper back and everywhere in between. This roller is textured which helps with gripping so it doesn't slip. This is a medium-firm roller so it has a very very slight give. I will say my dog did get his teeth into and it will dent or parts of the texture can be ripped off the roller. Overall I am very satisfied with this roller and highly recommend.

I had a foam roller for years, and ended up giving it away because my kids kept taking the core out. It's been missed though! This one is perfect. It's 18" long and the texture on the outside gives it a bit of grip.
