Got brand-new, shrink-wrapped Eyeris 3 as a gift. The Eyeris 3 itself is nice. Couldn’t find the storage pouch it says is included. Several days of back-and-forth with customer service ended with them essentially saying “too bad, so sad” because I’m not able to provide the order number. (Again, it was a gift) I bet that pouch costs well under a dollar to make. And I didn’t even ask if I could have one for free! I just asked if there was any way to get a replacement. Nope! Companies positioning themselves as purveyors of premium/luxury items should be prepared to have can-do customer service, not roadblocks of their own design. That’s how you get repeat business. Once someone’s been introduced to the product, the service is going to be the differentiator as to whether that customer feels confident to buy more products for themselves or as gifts.

Bought on a whim and love it!
Didn’t expect much for this price, but the Eyeris 3 is really good. I have dry eyes/migraines and this helps me with both. I stare at a computer all day and never knew how much eye tension I have until I used the Eyeris. The only negative is I don’t love the on and off vibrational pattern, but I just leave that mode off and it’s not a huge detractor from all the other positives. I have a hard time going to sleep, but in 10 minutes I fall right to sleep with it on. The Bluetooth feature is nice to be able to turn on your own music. Some people complained about the speaker quality, but for the price they are more than adequate for me. I love the product.

SO RELAXING
I bought this on a whim to try it out. so so so happy I did. The thermal and pressure features help tension headaches, congestion, and relieves stress.There are preset calming sounds on the device which are nice but my favorite thing to do is put my beats on and listen to music to relax.My full charge lasted 2.5 hours.10/10. Treat yourself.

Great for tired, strained eyes
I was having headaches for a week straight and my eyes were really dry! I ordered the Eyeris 3 and I’m so glad I did. It has 3 temperature options with massage options as well. It was amazing! I felt super relaxed and after using it for 3 days I felt the difference! I recommend this, especially since the holidays are coming up. Great gift idea!

I got the Eyeris 3 for my daughter who has migraines. She tried it and it seemed to relieve her headache with the heat compressions and vibrations. Although it didn’t actually cover the temples but it is relaxing. My only complaint is that the voice command mode is very specific so you must the exact command for it to work and also the cold pack doesn’t stay cold very long. But overall it’s a very good product.

Just don't feel like being massaged-just being squeezed and released. The count out is also off by a lot-my face is a normal male head of 5,7”. Kind of defeat the purpose.

I actually saw this on TikTok-ironically made me not want to buy it-did my research via reviews and this is the best frigging therapeutic device I have ever owned. Holy crap can't say enough about it. I carry it with me to work. I never realized the tension in my eyes and temples. Feel a headache coming on? Gone-want to choke someone irritating you at work-gone!It really is awesome. This will be my go to birthday gift -yeah nobody topping me this year. Bluetooth feature is a nice add on -Spotify has great meditation playlist. Also the voice recognition-“Hi Eyeris-strong pressure /high heat” and she obliges. The other eye device they make-the one that provides hot and cold relief-pretty amazing too-cold gets cold on its own-no freezer. Rough night ?-cold press them eyes and feel a zillion times better. I have never written a review like this-eye massager is a game changer

OKay, not great...
I suffer from migraine headaches/stress headaches. I tend to carry a lot of tension around in my neck and head, specifically my temples and forehead… I thought that these might offer some relief, due to the fact that a hot pulsating shower, when aimed at my forehead and neck, typically does offer me some relief. These, unfortunately did not offer that same relief. I did enjoy using them, and I think they're kind of great for meditation. That said, they unfortunately did not help whatsoever with headaches.They offer a powerful massage, nice heat… Not so great music options, and "forest noises" -- there's also a rather strange vibrating mode… I didn't so much like that, it was like having your phone vibrating on your face. like I said, I wouldn't mind having these available to use every once in a while. I just could not justify the $100 price tag for something that I was only going to use. Maybe once every few weeks. I sent them back.
