Could be improved
After just three days, one side started to bind up. I opened it up and saw glue on one side of the rollers, which caused the cover to get stuck. After cleaning it, it still kept binding. I'm returning it!

Doesn't hold up
It lasted three months before the rollers fell off, but I could still use it until the fabric wore out. Wouldn't recommend it.

Poor design,neck roller is rough
Returned it because it's poorly made. It's not four rotating joints, just one cheap wheel, and it could mess up your neck. Doesn't match what the pictures showed.

Works out the knots
I'm on my feet all day and work out a lot, so this massager helps loosen my lower back muscles when they get tight. It really works those knots out. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I've got terrible neck and back pain, but this massager feels amazing. I love that you can control the pressure and use it anywhere. It's super affordable, but the heating feature is weak and the cord's a bit short, so you have to be near an outlet. Luckily, it comes with a car charger, which is great for road trips. So glad I bought it!

Just what I needed!
It arrived super fast. I've had similar ones before, but I know what to look for now. The upgraded covering over the moving parts seems fine, and I'm hoping it lasts. It comes with a three-year warranty, so I'm optimistic. Don't hesitate to buy it if you're thinking about it.

Neck section stopped working
I bought this to relieve tension in my neck and scapula area. I was told I'd feel sore afterward, but it never quite reaches the area with the most tension, near the vertebrae. After a week, my back actually feels worse. The rotating knobs are way too hard and uncomfortable.
