Not as expected

The media could not be loaded. This wonderful device was so helpful after I slept wrong a few weeks ago. It's easy to lay down on, the stretcher molding naturally to the curve of the neck. It gives the neck a nice gentle stretch. The heating element is nice as well, with three different settings.

My grandson used during a migraine He stated it easied his headache.

for the past few months I've had a issue with TMJ, and my jaw being locked. My chiropractor has been helping me with it, and one of the last times he did a stretch with my neck (similar to how this works). So I got this to mimic that same stretch in between my chiropractor appointments. I like that it has a heating option to help loosen any tension in my neck area. Its easy to use and overall comfortable!

The heatpad is definitely a bonus and I'm glad I got this over the basic versions elsewhere. I don't know if it actually is helping with my dowager hump but it helps my neck feel better when I remember to use it

I've been suffering with headaches and neck pain for a year - this really helps alleviate my pain and extend time between headaches! I do recommend this. I think the heat helps, as well!

I like the incorporation of heat / the heat strip works well and has 3 levels. The bumps feel nice too on the back of the neck and you can reverse which side you lie on to get more traction.

Wow the heating on the neck is a game changer. It feels so nice and relaxing. I carry a lot of my stress in my neck and shoulders. This device works so well to relax me and relief my neck pain. The heat helps relax me. It arrived fast and was packaged well. Such a great value for your money.

The media could not be loaded. I just love how relaxing it feels to have my neck rest in this neck stretcher. The minute I laid flat on the floor and placed my neck in the stretcher I could feel all my neck and spine popping and that was a sense of relief. It offers three heating settings for you to choose the best for you , it starts heating really fast and I was able to feel it. Good quality, great product and best of all it helps with neck pain relief.

I have two challenges. The first is tension headaches; I'm under a lot of stress nearly every day. The other thing is that, quite often, I get headaches from my head being on the pillow... As if the pressure from the down pillow was pressing on the back of my head. So I quite often bunch up the pillow under my neck so that my head doesn't touch the pillow at all. This device actually does that for me (and much more simply).In the description it says it takes a few days to get used to this. That's completely true; don't pass judgement until you've used it 5-7 days in a row. Also, it does make a difference which way you face the curve. I found the "bumps" side to be too much for me, but turned the other way was much more comfortable. I also found that while heat can relax my muscles a bit this works (for me) nearly as well without the heat. (Plus, having to be plugged in is sort of a pain.) Nice to have the option, though.If you are prone to headaches, give this a try for a week. You my find, as I did, that it provides exactly the relief you need!

I love this. The heat relaxes my neck and I have had a decrease in headaches. Easy to use and small, so perfect size for traveling too.

The heat is pretty strong on this. It does say 5-20 min. I couldn't even last that long as it gets pretty hot. But it feels no nice on the neck especially if you have neck pains. The stretch also seems to be just the right amount for me as some other neck stretchers were very painful trying to stretch it to it full stretch. The material is very comfortable to lay on for that length of time. I use it about 15 min a night

This neck stretcher is great to reduce headaches. I like the way it stretches my neck and I also like the heat. I do wish that it had a battery that could be recharged so that you didn't need to keep it plugged in when using the heat. However, the heat is helpful and relaxing so I usually stay close to a plug when using this.

I've used other neck traction pillows in the past, but the addition of a heating pad puts this pillow above the competition. I tense to tense up the muscles in my neck and shoulders due to stress, and this combined with my inflammatory arthritis leads to a lot of pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders. As soon as I lay back on this pillow, I immediately start to feel relief from my muscle tension.I tend to hear little pops in my neck as I lean fully back into the stretch this pillow provides, and I can feel my neck fully extending, and my shoulders relaxing. The heat provides additional pain relief, and seems to help to relax my muscles further. I notice an immediate difference after using this neck stretcher after having neglected it for a while, and even further pain relief if I use it every day.Overall, I would highly recommend this device. This neck stretcher pillow is not unlike many of the other models on the market, and I've found it to be extremely beneficial in pain management. The heating pad takes this device to a whole other level.

My partner has neck issues so he was the one we hoped this would help the most. Neither of us felt much from it other than a stretch. It didn't seem to really help his neck pain but it didn't hurt either. The warming is just with a little sleeve that fits over the stretcher.

I get headaches a lot from a bad neck so I ordered this thinking it would help relax my neck so no more headaches. It has a wonderful thin little head pad that goes down the middle & it does get quite warm depending on the setting you choose:LOW: 86 FMIDDLE: 100 FHIGH: 122 FI have tried it a few times at per the instruction manual and I could see how this could definitely work on sore neck muscles & relieve tension especially after a long day at work or at the gym. Unfortunately it did not help my neck because I have osteoporosis & it became too uncomfortable for me to use. I no longer go to my hairdresser because I can't tolerate lying back on the sink curve for my hair to be washed even when a towel is placed under my neck. But it is well made & the heating pad strip is wonderful; I may use that to place over the top of my shoulders to relax muscles! I so wish it would have worked for me because it is really nice!
